My favorite place to get a mani and pedi in Park City.

I decided to give Nails La Belle another shot after a sub par experience years ago, and can truly say it is not worth the money. Here are photos of both mine and my friends toes – they look terrible! No attention to detail here – you’d be better off having your kid paint your nails.

I was meeting friends for a birthday celebration and was late to the appointment, but they were so nice to accommodate me still. The woman that did my pedicure still took her time to give me a great experience. I would definitely go back again.

Got a pedicure here yesterday and now both of my big toe nail beds are infected. I’d include a picture but it isn’t pretty. One side is quite swollen and it hurts to walk on. There was more to be desired in terms of sanitation at this place but I figured they were at least disinfecting their tools properly. Now, I’m assuming they don’t. If you go here, be careful.

Went for a pedicure and that was good! The chairs were nice and it was a good quality pedicure. So I decided to make an appointment for a fill for acrylic nails. That was a mistake 2 of them popped off within 48 hours so I made an appointment for the following day to fix them. I got there on time 9am and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes and still no one showed up for the appointment. Pretty disappointing and I will be continuing to drive down to Salt Lake.

I have been going to nail salons regularly, twice a month, for 6+ years, and I have never felt so absolutely disrespected like I did after my experience here, and after reading through many other reviews, it’s very clear that I’m not the only person who has had a terrible experience. The only reason I’m giving two stars, is because their employee Casey is the only person who showed any sort of customer service whatsoever. She is the only reason I was willing to give this place a second chance, but unfortunately her coworkers have ruined that as well. This place came highly recommended by multiple people I know, and I was so excited to give it a try, especially because they now have other options comparable to acrylic. The first time I went in, I made an appointment 3 days in advance because it takes me 30 minutes to drive here. I called the morning of the day of my appointment to confirm the time and the person who would be doing my nails (I requested a specific employee who had come recommended) and everything was set. When I arrived, I was over 10 minutes early, and I waited in the front of the salon for over 15 minutes before a single employee even greeted me. When I was greeted, I told them about my appointment with said employee, and the young man up front proceeded to tell me that the woman I had made an appointment with had left for the day and there was no one to do my nails. When I asked why I was given an appointment with someone who wouldn’t be available, the young man didn’t even respond. He offered no apology, didn’t offer to reschedule me, and did not care AT ALL. I was pretty upset, and I left. Because of the high recommendations, I decided to try again two weeks later and give it another shot. I called in, made another appointment with original said employee, and arrived the day of for my appointment. Said employee was busy with another client (again, why was I given an appointment with someone who was unavailable?) and handed me off to Casey. Casey has been great, offered me another option besides acrylic and did a wonderful job on my nails. Honestly, one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. While I was sitting there getting my manicure, Casey asked me about my previous experience and the young man sitting in the station next to her was the man I had had my original experience with. He proceeded to interrupt me and snap at me and say, “You were 30 minutes late to your appointment.” I was appalled that he had the audacity to say that, especially because of how long I had waited in the front of the salon! The only reason I finished my appointment was because Casey apologized for his behavior. I will not be returning to this salon, and I would be hesitant about putting your money into their services here.

Called for a acrylic manicure and pedicure. When we got there, no one was available to finish our acrylics and we had to go to solar nails. The staff was very friendly! But I felt that my toes were rushed and were nicked a couple times during application so they didn’t last very long. I had hopes for La Belle but was not impressed. Hopefully next time they’ll make the time for each individual.

This is in no way reflection of any of the people who work here or any of the services they offer, but as a business owner myself I must point out a very concerning customer service oriented issue. I asked for a drink and they told me they don’t have any sodas or any drinks besides water and coffee. I opted for coffee and they told me that they were out of coffee they have not ordered the new K pods in quite some time. So then I settled for water And was Told there were no cups. I’m sorry but when you come to a nail salon do you agree to be pampered and to enjoy your time by sipping on whatever beverage you choose and most now even offer Such a Marriott of drinks and snacks I’ve never heard of. I asked for the name of the owner of the salon and was told that she will be back another day she is not here. I’m afraid I won’t return here again till those things are definitely taken care of because I have a three-year-old I don’t get much time away from her and could’ve been working today but took some time off to get my nails and toenails done and I like to be pampered and that includes with drinks and snacks. I’ve been coming here for the past seven years and while I moved to Texas for a year and a half I was very excited to move back to come here to get my nails done. I have referred many people this way and now I feel a bit ashamed and will have to contact them and let them know that the salon is no longer up to par and I know a lot of single moms will feel the same way. When asked what I should do I was told I can call grubhub (which leads me to believe they might have some affiliation with them) Which made me laugh because there is literally a grocery store with amazing coffee 10 paces away. I was pretty shocked when no one offered to head over and grab one for me, this is something I would’ve definitely done for my clients in a heartbeat. Their prices are fair but the up selling is constant and off putting to say the least, the floors and stations are filthy I’m quite shocked the powers that be haven’t shut them down. The salon and the people working are kind but the lack of amenities (especially when half the chairs are broken) is an abomination. I will not be returning and will be posting this on my social media channels to warn others until the owner responds to me personally and some of these things are fixed. For $125 plus tax, tip and drive over here with no drink, snacks or price breaks or coupons for loyal returning customers is just not acceptable.

I have gotten a monthly pedicure for approximately the last 10 years. Out of all the places I’ve received a pedicure this was the worst and unfortunately the most over priced. They didn’t even finish getting my old polish off. It’s borderline insanitary. The bathroom was broken and it smelled like sewage. Pedicure
