This is my second time getting my nails dipped by Alan, he is experienced and has great attention to detail. I asked for an ombré style and he pulled it off with such skill! I received so many compliments and they look great with any outfit! Thanks for your great work!! Ask for Alan for your next visit, calling to make an appointment is best.

She did a wonderful job, and I originally had them long because I liked the style but soon realized they were too long for me. I just went in today and asked what they could do for me and they shortened them free of charge! (Ofc I still tipped for the wonderful service Crystal gave me) I highly recommend this nail salon! I was here a few days ago and had my nails done by Anna-Maria! She did a wonderful job, and I originally had them long because I liked the style but soon realized they were too long for me. I just went in today and asked what they could do for me and they shortened them free of charge! (Ofc I still tipped for the wonderful service Crystal gave me) I highly recommend this nail salon! They’re always kind and courteous and I’ve been getting my nails done here for a few years now!

I have been attending this nail salon for four years and the last several times the technician was Rude. I have used her before the last three times and when I looked At the chart and decided on a color she said you have asked for that color the last three times I keep telling you we don’t have it. so I chose a completely different color when I went to check out a different technician asked how I was paying I said cash, and then I took out some money for a tip, and the cashier said why are you not giving her more? Are you not happy with her service? I said she has been rude of us several times, but she was the only one available. She said, but you spend a lot of money getting your nails done and you don’t tip a lot. I thought that was way out of line. She does not know my Life. I spoke to the manager and told him what happened. agreed or said, he agreed that it was rude of the cashier. I told him after four years I will no longer be a customer there and neither will my friends. I was very unhappy with my visit today. I would not recommend them. It is not the first time that I have been met with a rude technician but it’s close to my house.

Service was great! The nail technicians we’re pleasant and friendly. They have a lot of dip color choices, which is awesome, and a fair amount of gel polish colors. With the competitive prices, I definitely think this is my new nail place!

What an unfriendly place! Using them for the 1st time, said hello to my assigned nail tech, no reponse. There for 1 hour – she spoke to me 3 times (do you want them shorter? what color? etc). BUT she was able to chit chat with the other techs in her home language (Asian) with no problem. Stopped my manicure and used her phone 3 times, even helping another tech order something online, while I sat and waited. My nails are nice, but will NOT accept this low level of customer service. ! Never going back!

Took 2 hours to get toes done.. that’s crazy!! With a appointment!! I got my nails and toes done before my daughter was even done.. very unhappy.. had to come back for her nails to be done. Plus the lady doing her toes had nail polish all over my daughter.. very unhappy.
