Just mediocre in gel paint. Parrafin is not done in the massage chair, so you have to move to another chair which takes a little from the relaxation. The only thing I did not like is the pedicure chairs remote are bolted to the back of the chair.part of the pedicure is the massage chair, so this was annoying and made the ordeal of not being able to control my massage chair decide I wouldn’t come back for a pedi. And since my toe nails were only ok, I decided against a manicure. I came after work and when I finished my gel pedi the tech attempted to put my foot back in the loafers I had on. Um no, I just spent $50 I will be taking these $1 slides. The staff were friendly so not all bad.

By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to and I have been getting my nails done for 20 some years. Within 2 days nails were popping off for no reason. I took my receipt in to show them and they wanted to recharge me $8 a nail to fix because I couldn’t spell the name of the Vietnamese lady who did my nails. The guy who was trying to “act like the manager” kept arguing that I should know how to spell the girls name that helped me. We all know that they “share licenses” and most are not even valid. So less than a week later I now have 5 nails that have popped off. This place is extremely dirty. They do NOT use any kind of barrier on the pedicure bowls. This place is not santiary at all. Plenty of other nail salons in estero would not recommend this one at all even for an emergency fix if your out of town. Also, they would not honor their prices as stated on their window signage. Crooks made up their own prices after the service was completed. Beware Buyer!

I’m so upset with my nails! I had to go back because the guy took so long on my nails but still managed to cut them on-evenly. It is has been 4 days and one of my acrylic nails feels wobbly and loose like it’s about to fall off. I paid 34 dollars for Gel Acrylics and this is what results!

Nails were left clumpy, they don’t know what they are doing, they rush things, they leave residue outside, I told the lady I didn’t like them showed them what was wrong she said that it would come off when I showered and they only took two dollars off. I was a first time customer and it is the last time I go there. They should be shut down, they don’t do the nails how they are meant to be done.

I am beyond glad I decided to switch nail salons.i got in right away and the nail tech was funny and unbelievably nice, not to mention generous. I got pink and white acrylics and my toes painted french tip and only paid $47 before the tip. Not only was the price great but he did a fantastic job and thats saying something considering how picky I am. I will definitely be coming back!

this place is horrible. rude nail techs! and to top it off i think he was the owner! i went in on a friday and got a fill for 33$. 33$! they charged me 5$ to take off my shellac nail polish (in which case, i was not told untill after the removal) 18$ for the fill itself and 10$ for this nail polish they call “shellac” but the bottle is not a shellac bottle and by saturday my nail polish (“shellac”) was chipping! i DO NOT recommend anyone to this nail salon unless you wanted to be treated in humain and be over charged. i suggest if you want to get “shellac” bring your own bottle to this salon and take the polish off before you get there.

Worst job ever. This guy cut me, didn’t evenly paint my nails and rushed the job. He also doubled charged me. As a student, a refill is $14 he tried charging me 30 something until I mentioned the sign then charged me $28. I will never go back here again and they’re lucky I couldn’t rate them a 0!
