I had two decent pedicures so I decided to get a full set of acrylics and after a week and a half they’ve started coming off and one ripped part of my nail off when it came completely off while changing the pillow case on a pillow. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot a mani and pedi done here on Friday morning. Saturday the gel started lifting on thumb, and the gel on my toes was chipping as well. Monday morning I went in to have them fixed which they did. However after doing dishes shortly later the gel polish on thumb was peeling again. I want in to ask for a a refund which I was declined but offered to fix it for me. I already had to waste my day off at the salon an additional 40 mins in the morning to fix it and wasn’t going to waste more time. I explained to Diane that I didn’t have more time to have it fixed. She told me that she could only give me 10 bucks after I had to ask several times for a refund and explain I don’t have spare time. I paid $32 not $10:00! This business lacks professionalism, this business lacks understanding and does not value their customers time or money. Now I’ll have to go take more time from my already busy schedule and kids to have my nails redone. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS! I said I’ll write a review and her response is “it’s okay”. Got a mani and pedi done here on Friday morning. Saturday the gel started lifting on thumb, and the gel on my toes was chipping as well. Monday morning I went in to have them fixed which they did. I always call ahead to make sure they have a spot available. I have never had issues with scheduling an appointment and getting there only to realize they didn’t actually reserve the time for me. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly. They also have decent prices.

I can not do less stars, The lady did my pedicure I was not impressed for $25.00, I was waiting for my toe nails to dry, she got up and cleaned her stuff if you can name it clean, she rinsed them water, used a dirty brush located under the sink, dried the tweez and that was all. She put everything in her cart and used the same stuff on another client. I almost puked, was so disgusting, got to my car took my sandals off and poured hand sanitizer in my feet. Never coming back ,state board would definitely not approve their cleaning practices.

Love this place! I have gotten my nails done several times in my life and this place is BY FAR the best. Great quality and price. Also, this was the only place I have gotten a pedicure that actually felt good and didn’t tickle! Tony is a miracle worker! The owner is also very kind and cares a lot about his business and customers! I went just two weeks ago and I’m going back today! Oh yeah, one more thing — complimentary drinks! What more could you ask for!

I love that they are open on Sundays! It looks very nice and clean inside. They were able to take me right away with no wait. I went in for a full set with gel, the technician did a pretty good job. I love the color and shape of my nails, I just wish she had done more with my cuticles. I will be back!

I paid extra for the callous remover part of my pedicure and I still have the callousness on my toes that I had before I went in. I wish I’d noticed that before I tipped. Plus, the bottoms of my feet are not smooth, they’re still dry & cracked. I thought you were supposed to get lotion rubbed into your feet & calves with even just a basic pedicure? Not happy & not going there again.
