BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!!! This little nail salon is situated just outside of Marina’s main shopping district, which is littered with many competing salons. New to the area, I was trying out the different salons. Many of them didn’t answer the phone, we’re by appointment only, or just turned me away at the door because they were too busy. Not only did Nail It answer the phone, they graciously took me in without an appointment twice within 30 minutes of their closing time and were genuinely welcoming. The “icing on the cake” is that the gel manicure I got a full 2 weeks ago is still intact!!! Not even a lifted edge!!!!! I’ve gotten a lot of gel manicures at different salons across the country and this has NEVER happened.

Honestly really disappointed .. I’m too nice of a person to walk out or say something but this was the worst experience. They made me bleed a lot I got a deluxe pedicure and they didn’t do nothing but paint my nails no massage no hot wax no nothing still charged me 54$ really regret coming here . This place is really unprofessional. When i went in the place no one said hello. A man doing a pedicure asked me what i wanted while yelling across the room and i told him i just came to ask about the price of some nails i wanted to show him. He completely ignored me. But as soon as another person came in, the man came to them and asked them what they wanted while I was still waiting for the man to attend me. I find it really rude that he attended the other person when i was clearly there before. And neither me or the other client had an appointment so idk why he attended her first and just ignored me completely.
