Went yesterday and got both a manicure and a full set. Loved it, the lady doing my pedicure was nice and the lady who did my nail set was a bit stand offish, but left me to my own devices otherwise, which was perfect for me since I cannot do small talk for the life of me. Went in for a basic pedicure. Very cutely decorated place. Good music. Not the cleanest but was tidy. Very warm in there. Was asked multiple times about upcharges (callus remover, gel, etc.) I asked for regular polish with a design, told I needed to do gel for it (so $15 extra total) said never mind. Very lazy one handed distracted massage (the main part I came in for). Actual polish job looked okay, not great. Called before I even went about using a card and they said nothing about a fee. $3 fee to use card. Unfortunately will never be back.

2 years ago I left a review for 5 stars that has changed I made that my regular nail spot till the price was over priced I give my nails a Break fir 5 months and decided to give them another try I got my nails don 9/17/22 had them for about two hrs and one broke . Went back to fix it 9/18 I’ve had my nails 2 days and another one broke . I’m not hard on my nails at all . Poor quality probably old powder don’t think I would go back over priced supper thin nails

Got a set and it was super good, was $50 not even a week later. 6 days later I went back to get them fixed and they said it’s $5 a nail… just got a new set. This is the worst set I’ve gotten. So short, my nails were actually burning the entire time. Before I even asked for a color I asked to see gems and I told them I wanted a basic color with 2 gems just like I had gotten last time. I got the worst pink which I didn’t even pick out the guy did and it isn’t even solid. no gems. the guys wouldn’t listen and said I was done. I was charged $45 for this compared to the set I got LAST WEEK and this week so horrible. Got them

I went to get my nails done today and I got horrible service. Some lady named Amy didn’t even clean my cuticles and my nails were not even correctly painted. One of my nails is not even correctly filed. Even after complaining about the work Amy was told to fix my nails. she seemed mad that I complained when my nails looked horrible. Thanks

Went in for a pedi and eyebrow wax. Pedi was worthless they basically wash your feet and put on nail polish on the basic pedi and try to upsell. The wax didn’t leave my eyebrows clean or well defined. I will not go back. Oh and I had made an “appointment” and still had to wait over an hour. Not to mention there is no customer service, it’s more like herding cows, next, next, next…

My first time here I got my nails done with Michelle, she did such a great job I showed her a picture of the heart I wanted and she executed it perfectly! I went back in today hoping to see her but she was off so I got to sit with Kristine! She was very careful with the cut on my finger and she was able to do the nail design I showed her. My valentines nails are so cute! Both these ladies were very patient with me and they are great at what they do.
