Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityJhin is a true artist. She is hands down one of the most talented nail techs in Pittsburgh. Highly recommend her for acrylic and designs. Extremely professional staff, also very clean. I would describe the salon as classy, very cozy and accommodating. It is in a paid parking area.

Critical: QualityMy experience was very rushed and not well done. After 8 days, the gel on my acrylic chipped off on multiple nails. It continues to peel off every day on its own. Done very sloppily and very low quality.Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, Nail art

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI arrived at Nail Inc and had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had a no-chip manicure on my nails that they removed using an e-file which feels like it took off an extra layer of my nail and took extremely long (not worth it at all). The place was dirty — technician food and drinks everywhere, nail dust, open nail polishes. The tools they used were sanitized but the rest of it grossed me out. My natural nails are now pretty weak and each are breaking after spending a long time trying to grow them out. I arrived at Nail Inc and had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had a no-chip manicure on my nails that they removed using an e-file which feels like it took off an extra layer of my nail and took extremely long (not worth it at all).
