I had appointment with jasmine, for manicure, first I walked in she was in a bad mood . She was giving me attitude and didn’t even welcome me in! She rudely asked what color I wanted, and had a disgusting attitude the entire time. She didn’t clean cuticles around my nails, when I asked her to, she said I charges extra money. I let her know it is fine i will pay. she then proceeded to stick on acrylics without cleaning my cuticles and said i will do them after I finish. When I asked her to clean my cuticles before she started doing my nails, She dropped everything from her hand and she said I can’t do it for you ! She left my nails undone . Worst place to go! Bad costumer service, disrespectful and impatient people .

The only nail place I trust to do a great job in a timely manner, charge me fairly and treat me with respect. Every time I went somewhere else one of these 3 things was missing. I’ve been coming to Nail Impressions for years now and there is NO WHERE else I will go. Best nail artists, great prices and treat me like family, what else could you want?

Lee is great!!! He pays attention to details. My nails look amazing. He’s not only great at what he does but he’s also has a sense of humor. The location is clean and staff is friendly. Thank you Lee and Nail Impressions for taking care of my nails.

Came here for a pedicure, the wait was minimal but the service was mediocre. The atmosphere is flat and pretty dull, maybe I arrived too early (10am) Won’t be returning. Prices aren’t bad but I dont feel relaxed here. Also the guy nicked me with the tools and I bled and it wasn’t a big concern to them. Thanks but no thanks
