This was the worst powder manicure I’ve ever had. Any elderly woman who barely spoke English did my nails. She coated my nails too thick and they were not smooth originally. When I pointed this out and asked her to at least smooth ridges from the nails, she added another coat of powder, then gel, making them thicker.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThis salon stays empty for a reason. The technician was very very fast but sloppy. Applied sloppy polish. Also I doubt they clean the tools they use to do manicure and pedicure. I asked about that and was told all tools used for manicuring nails is placed in a sanitation box. Still skeptical as sanitation box had no light source. As soon as he was done with me, did not clean up after me, called the next person and left the tools used for me there in a tray instead of putting them in the sanitation box. Just received bad vibes. Will not be going back due to lack of cleanliness and bad sanitation habits. l should have complained. $80.00 cost me for both manicure and pedicure. Not happy. Critical: Qualityhad to redo acrylic a couple of times, got glue on the sides of my fingers, uneven lengths of nails, and longer than I asked for. Usually acrylic sets are like $45-$50 however mine came out to be $70 altogether even though their menu says $45. My sister and I both got our nails done and I had to pay for hers too, and together it was $130 minus tip. I traveled to MD for the weekend and was in desperate need for a gel manicure. I stopped in and was taken right away. Kim did a great job. She took her time with my cuticles and they actually look really good. Usually I don’t like my cuticles to be cut because I don’t like the way it looks and I always end up with hang nails. But she did such a good job, I doubt I’ll have any problems. Thanks Kim! I’ll be sure to stop in again, when I’m in town.

This place is horrible. They want to do your feet the way they want and not what you ask. The pedicure package prices are weird. I asked for a Basic pedicure which is $28 for Adults and $25 for kids. The next package is $43 , so after my pedi my feet felt like I never got them done. Then I tell the man that was doing my nails and he tells me that I need to pay extra for callus remover and $5 extra to take off the Gel polish. They use these little white flimsy nail file to file your toe nails that are painful because they are so thin. I would not recommend anyone to come here. This place is overpriced with poor quality of work. The best thing is the selection of Gel polish. Just go to the mail or your local Nail Shop. I’m sure the quality would be better without all the extra fees.

May has to be the best tech I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming to her for 6 years and have had nothing but the best experiences. She takes her time to make sure any issues are addressed. She’s handled everything from severe in-grown toe nails to fixing my toes my I’ve dug into them myself. I would never go anywhere else. She’s become a household name. My wife will ask me, “When are you going to see May?” If you want a true professional and be able to leave with the best experience, see May at Nail Image!!!!

First of all, let me say this salon is clean! They use plastic liners in the pedicure chairs and open a new pack of tools and files for each client. The staff is super friendly and professional. Best of all, they take their time to give you beautiful nails instead of rushing you out the door like most strip mall places do. Very reasonable prices ($18 for a basic fill-in, $28 for a pedicure). The selection of gel colors is so plentiful that I had a hard time deciding. If you like nail art, ask for Ty, she’s very talented and offers a lot of options besides hand-painting. Don’t waste your money or risk your health by going anywhere else.
