Critical: QualityI thought since this place looked very good on the website that the service would be great. I had a pedicure where the color was a very pretty green for Christmas. I picked the service I wanted which was written over the original price to $56. The Tech had this mixture in a bag for feet that was too , instead of taking my feet out she says sorry and kept trying to wrap it up. When my daughter was finished the Mgr says mine would take 2 hrs to dry or she can do mine in gel for $20. We said no way because we had other things to do. I’ve never been to a nail shop that didn’t put your feet under the dryer they have. I thought since this place looked very good on the website that the service would be great. I had a pedicure where the color was a very pretty green for Christmas. I picked the service I wanted which was written over the original price to $56. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLove this nail salon!! The staff is very friendly and very talented. The prices are great but the customer service is outstanding!! You feel welcome as soon as you step thru the door. My husband and I are enjoying a staycation in Frisco. We live in Arlington and we’re already planning to drive back to this nail salon in the near future.
