My nails turned out great. My only issue was when I was asked which package I wanted for my pedicure, the nail tech kept pushing me to do the next step up. I do not like hot stones. I was in a bit of a rush so I did not have time to do all the extras. I had to keep repeating myself that I just wanted the basic. At other places, I’ve been judged by this. What many do not realize is I tip off of service, not percentage of my total. Hellen did an amazing job on my nails. I’m very picky and I did not have to ask her to clean anything up. She was an absolute perfectionist. I gave her a double tip too!

It is not a nail tech problem it is a management problem. When I went regularly they always overbooked and I left, came back to try 3 different times and every time they over booked. This last time I had just gotten off phone making appointment and verified date and time. Upon arrival they told me nail tech was busy and I could come back tomorrow. Last straw. I will drive across town before I go back. Girls good but management need to have a reality check. Buy new colors, and stop worrying only about quantity and work on quality of business. There is a nail place on every corner and remember we are paying you keeping you in business. We deserve better

Today, I went and received a full set. I showed a picture of what I wanted to the nail stylist, Ms. Lina. My nails were cut shorter than what I asked for, instead of engaging with me, she was rushing on my nails and talking to other customers to see what they wanted since they were after me and was talking a lot to the other nail stylists regarding who the next customers. In addition, one of the nails is crooked, some of the nails are not even almond shaped, and what I received is completely different from what I asked for. I understand it is the holidays and nail salons can get very busy. However, please make sure you are taking your time and being attentive to the customer you are working on. I do not think the quality of what she did on me was worth $52, but the picture I showed her was worth that amount. I will not be coming here again because it is clear that the quality of their work is rushed, the customer service is below average, and the experience is poor because they do not value you as a customer; if anything, you are seen as a dollar sign.

The worst experience of my life. Not only was the female OWNER the one to do my nails, she was the least professional person I have ever encountered. I asked for a full set with regular polish and her and the tech next to her talked about how I was being cheap (price wasn’t the issue, I just wanted to be able to change my polish often). She did them so thin that the were breaking within the first hour of having them done and the shape was inconsistent. I was so excited to bring my boyfriend here for pedicures prior to this experience. After this experience I went and read all the reviews all saying the same thing. The customer service here is deplorable!! Do NOT waste your time or money.

This place is really hit or miss. One thing is for sure, they will push an upcharge more than anyone else in the area! If you dont want the high end package, you will not get treated as well. I cannot do leg wraps due to sensitive skin. I had to explain this 4 times. There is no point in buying an upgraded pedicure if I cannot do the leg massage. I have fibromyalgia and should not have to explain over and over. Well, the lady thought she would convince me anyways and put hot towels on my legs.! No means no! I’m not one to make a scene but I guarantee if this happens one more time, I’ll make one. Respect your customers no matter what package they get. Its not always about money! I’m a big tipper due to service, not my bill amount!

Poor service! Offered a drink and the cup was dirty, pedicure was ok nothing special. Paid for 12 min message and it was only 5 mins. The worst part was the smelly hot towels!! They smelt so bad and where suppose to be white but looked tan. I went straight home to wash my legs the smell was so bad. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Pedicure, Spa services, Foot massages

Without a doubt, one of the best! The service is truly exceptional and the experience is sooo relaxing. The salon itself is gorgeous and their prices are comparable to anywhere else. You’re not going to feel like your paying extra to cover the decor. They have the pink pedicure chairs for the little ones too 🙂 sooo cute. Honestly, the service was, above all else, the most impressive. I went to have my nails and toes done in an awkward shade of pink to match my baby shower dress. They nailed it (pun intended) PLUS did this really cool pearl finish. It’s close to one of the best sets I’ve ever had done. I messed my toes up by wearing closed toe at the shower, of course they fixed next day at no charge to me. They are awesome and as long as I’m in this area, I will only go here. Good job Nail Hut!

Omg Amy is amazing. I had some very rough feet. Also let her know I run around barefoot all the time, So its if you Ladies talk about my feet.
