Have been coming here for almost a year now. They are all nice and friendly. Always have some good laughs. They stay open until they finish all of their customers. Had to go after work the other day, and they stayed an hour after closing to accommodate my needs.

Critical: QualityThe bad! The Nail House on Sam Houston.I made a appointment for 5:00pm for 3 pedicures.. we show up 10 minutes early. One of us gets seated immediately. Water was to hot and no one ever came back to ask how the water was.. then 15 min later the other 2 get seated..At 5:25 we all were sitting in cold water.. no one gave us a menu to pick from, no one offered us something to drink, no ones asked how our water was. Finally at 5:35 one girl is ready to get started on one of us.. we had somewhere we had to be at 6:30.. we were not going to have time to do one at a time 30 min after appointment time. When we told the girl we wanted to leave, we needed towels to dry our feet off.. she just handed us towels and moved onto the next person..No apology. I had a pretty good experience here. The woman I had was very detailed and took her time. She was gentle and friendly. I had acrylic nails with two different colored gel nail on top done. They looked decent. It took about an hour and I was able to walk in on a Thursday about 5 with no issues. It cost me $45 without tip. The place was kind of dirty inside with an odd atmosphere. I was sat more closely than I would have liked to others too. A little cramped. But overall I think it’s worth a try I’d you haven’t gone there yet.

Very friendly staff. I didn’t make an appointment but I was lucky it wasn’t a busy Thursday (I dropped by on a Saturday before and it was super busy) for mani and pedi. My pedicure was very good although I’m not very picky about my toes. My manicure was only satisfactory. Definitely not the best work I’ve had done but satisfactory and quick.

Seriously come here for your nail needs! They made me feel like family.. well the people I dealt with did. Went there with my infant knowing I had to be in and out before she started crying. They all helped out with her, my manicurist “Jenny” gave me great conversation. It was hands down my best nail experience and I’ve gotten my nails done Everywhere & in many cities and states. Love them my go to place from now on ask for Jenny!

This place is really bad most of the time. Me my sister and mom all went there. Me and my sister got acrylics and my mom got a pedicure. The lady who did my nails was rushing and barely put any glue on my nails one popped off the next day and all the others just ended up coming off too within the first 3 days. My sister got her nails done too and the guy cut open all of her fingers and took an hour plus. And my mom got her nails done and the nail polish chipped in the first 3 days. DO NOT GO HERE.

Tracy did a fantastic job on me and my daughter in law.. I recommend yal ask for her.. Everyone was very friendly, place was very clean. Tracy was very kind an gentle on my nails. I know some places cut ur fingers. Well she was great an very patient. Took about 45 min and she was done. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.

This place is completely unprofessional. I made a appointment for 11am and when I got there the girl that I had my appointment with was doing another pedicure. They then had me wait 40 minutes didn’t tell me anything and then wondered why I just got up and left. I made a appointment with star nails. It’s a way better place.

Waxing 2 thumbs down. Just left. My face is purple red because I just had a plucking session instead of a wax. I asked her what she was doing and she said the hairs were too small which is a lie. I guess there goal is to save on product at the expense of the client. I made her stop because like I told her and the front desk lady, I came to get a wax not a pluck.
