Critical: ProfessionalismI was over charged by $30. When I spoke to the owner she said that the prices increase every year and asked if I have been there in the last two years. I go there periodically and had been there in the last two months. The price I was charged then was the same as the last two years. I really think the Nail House is great—they do a good job with pedicures and manicures, the pedicures you get nice long massages! I was recently disappointed to see them starting to use single-use plastic covers for the pedicure chair sinks, not very environmentally friendly, as our family is trying to be more environmentally conscious and eliminate single-use plastic and cut back on waste. I really wish they could consider not using that anymore and do the old fashion cleaning with towel and cleaner like they used to. Otherwise, really great place to go to and relax!

My girlfriend and I go for pedis they are great and priced right. Shes had her nails done a lot of places before getting them done here. Shes says she will never go anywhere else again. We pass a ton of places on our 15 min drive here.

Manicures here are terrible. Pedicures vary from excellent to mediocre depending on who does it. Last one the lady did one coat of polish, didn’t fully cover the nail, and no top coat or second coat. There are much better places in the area. Try Noella. Worth the few extra dollars for a much better manicure and a longer lasting pedicure. I won’t be going back to this place.
