I went because the salons in my neighborhood are either over priced or under priced and shouldn’t be doing nails. I bought a groupon here since I tend to go shopping in Burbank quite often and this wouldn’t be a stretch if it turned out to be decent. Located in a shopping center, there is plenty of parking and upon entering the salon, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor/ambiance. Really nice gentleman had answered the phone and took my reservation for the same day since this was a spur of the moment in the area kind of thing. I love that it looked stylish and clean, got right into my pedicure with Winnie and loved her attention to detail on my feet. She really just took her time which made me enjoy the process even more. Excellent selection of nail colors and upon looking at prices I was quite happy to see gel manicures for $30! I only got the pedicure this time around but will be back to check out the gels since the work on my feet were superb! Lucky to have found a place that have people that enjoy their job and are knowledgeable enough to be perfectionists in their craft…I love what I do and I love going to places where people love what they do! Can’t wait to see what they do with my nails!!!!

I went in with my mother in law and we both got our nails done. She added extra shine. When I asked for the price they gave me one and when it was time to pay they changed it to another super high price. I was very disappointed because the nails were waaaaaaay over priced for what they did. They should be honest with their prices and not change them when it’s time to pay. I made sure to ask about the price before hand so we wouldn’t be surprised at the end and we were still surprised.

I made separate appointments for my hair and nails and ended up being worked on at the same time. $224 for mani and pedi, hair dye, hair trim, and blow dry. I had no idea 55 was what they charged for blow drying. My hair is still damp. I have dye all over my face and some goo in my ears. I had to ask to have my nails fixed because they rushed. I can say that the nail people informed me of what the cost was for everything.

This place is terrible.first of all let me begin by telling you ..I walked into the nail shop at about 7:23 there were still open,however said they were closed by 7.I asked since they were open after hours and still had at least five technicians there if the would not mind still doing my nails and I’d gladly tip them ,the receptionist who was some blonde girl.rudely replied with ” no…no one can help u.our technicians our busy for another 30mins”. She didn’t bother even asking them or considering since they were still open maybe someone would have not minded and wanted to make an extra tip.if she would have responded politely at least maybe I’d consider coming back.now I would not.

I went to this place 2 days ago for a full set, i chose a nail polish but the lady who did my nails convinced my to chose gel nail polish on my acrelic nails. I paid 11 dollar extra because i thaught it will last longer… Guess what today 2 later all the nail polish is coming off… I am very disappointed!!! Will never go back to this place
