So I called this place super last minute to book my friends and I in for pedi’s/acrylics with an appointment time scheduled for an hour and a half before they closed… they accommodated all of us, wonderfully! Amazing staff. However, I really want to talk about Jim and Ella… Jim did my pedi and it turned out amazing! Super friendly guy, very talented. Ella was caught up in another appointment so it took a minute to get my full set (said with zero negativity, it was very busy) she then proceeds to give me EVERYTHING I WANTED! Red bottom nails, and she free handed the design I wanted and made it look exactly like the reference photo!! Also, I did all powder dip, that takes a while… Jim and Ella stayed at the nail salon hours after closing, accommodating all the services we asked for! My friend and I learned all about them, they are amazing people with really cool stories! Truly incredible service. HELLO YES HI!! Pay attention to me, thanks. So I called this place super last minute to book my friends and I in for pedi’s/acrylics with an appointment time scheduled for an hour and a half before they closed… they accommodated all of us, wonderfully! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, they now are ran by a new owner, Ella does well @ acrylic’s, very talented although time management sucks, expect to wait for over an hour even though you made an appointment.This last time I came in for a classic manicure, take a look @ their work, I expressed my non satisfaction & asked for a discount due to me being a loyal customer, their word was “next time you come in”Please don’t waste your time and money on employees who sit @ the salon, talk in Chinese & laugh at people to make you feel uncomfortable unless you’re booking an acrylic with Ella, she’s respectful as well as her husband Jim. Wendy and the elder lady gossip & have an uncomfortable spirit. I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, they now are ran by a new owner, Ella does well @ acrylic’s, very talented although time management sucks, expect to wait for over an hour even though you made an appointment.

Critical: Quality, ValueCharged $60 for acrylic set with no polish – found this was to be very odd for no polish and for the work that was done. The nails are not as durable as I am used to. I have paid this for a full set plus design there previously. Very disappointed because my first experience was great. Poor quality, will no longer go to this salon. When confronting the front desk she couldn’t even explain the high charge. Claimed shape and length was what costed $20 extra lol ($40 is listed for full acrylic set on website).
