It is so had to find a place that you feel comfortable with…when I discovered Nail Gem, I felt like I hit the jackpot. The place is super clean, the staff are so very nice and the owners make you feel like you are one of the family. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLOVE LOVE LOVE Gem Nail!! I usually go to a nail salon near my house, but after they messed up my nails bad, I was referred to this salon. Tammy and Elvis are the sweetest owners! They go out of there way to make sure there customers are happy. Even though I came with messed up nails that another salon did, they made sure I was happy when I left and Tammy even reach out to me a few days later to see how my nails are doing! Talk about great customer service! I didn’t feel rush and even though they only ran 5 minutes behind on my appointment, they kept apologizing for that!( that right there shows they honor people appointment time) It Was my first time there but when I left, I felt like I personally knew them. I always heard great things about them, and my only regret is that I wish I could of gone here sooner! This place stays busy. They are by appointment only and I can definitely see why. So if your in the area and looking for a nail place, give Gem Nail a try! But book in advance as they stay booked out. LOVE LOVE LOVE Gem Nail!! I usually go to a nail salon near my house, but after they messed up my nails bad, I was referred to this salon. Tammy and Elvis are the sweetest owners! They go out of there way to make sure there customers are happy.
