I’ve barely had my gel nails a week and they’re already falling apart. Paris was super sweet and we had a nice conversation about her recent trip abroad, but that’s not what I came here for. She barely applied any of the polish, while the other customers around me were getting full coats on their nails, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m not rough with my hands or anything — I’m a stay at home mom of a newborn, so my nails shouldn’t look this bad.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe got our nails done last sunday and they were both Gel. Today is Monday and after the first day our nails chipped. Yesterday, we stopped by to explain the situation and we were told by the lady at the front desk that we could come in Monday at 2pm to get them fixed without charge (makes sense since the GEL nails chipped after 1 day!!). Today, we were on time and the man at the front desk made it extremely difficult for us. He had to “text the front desk lady yesterday” to confirm that we could get them fixed without charge. It honestly felt as thought he didn’t believe us and it wasn’t a great feeling since all we wanted was for our nails to be fixed and look nice for Christmas. After waiting for 20 mins, he told us that the lady he texted said “she didn’t make any promises” on allowing us to get our nails fixed without charge. I mean seriously ridiculous. We were then told that there’s a 48 hour policy – we can’t get our nails fixed without charge unless it’s before 48 hours after getting them done. How the hell are we supposed to know that? Maybe tell us next time and stop wasting our time and taking our money. They managed to do a faultless mani pedi at 7:15pm on a Tuesday, 45 mins before closing without rushing or compromising customer experience and attention to detail. My nails look amazing I’m so pleased. My feet were in so much pain and covered in blisters and they took care of the soles + dry skin properly without hurting me at all. Reg Mani pedi was $55 plus tip.

I have tried this salon multiple times, and I believe Paris is one of the best members over there. The reason is that she is a super caring person, and her talent is beyond the scope of manicurists. I strongly suggest her to anyone who cares about his or her nails. You will be satisfied without any doubts.

If you’re ooking for gel extensions and some type of design and a pedicure you won’t be leaving here without spending $200 if you are including tip. It’s a great place though, I like it because you can book online, unlike other salons. They will stick with you while they do whatever it is that you need to do to perfection. Price is a little much and I won’t be returning but if you are willing to pay for that for the service, it is in fact worth it.

Friendly service and their app makes setting up a reservation a breeze. They have tons of polishes to choose from and have different tiers of manicures and pedicures, which lists what services are provided in each tier. I actually tried to walk-in without a reservation but they get busy so using the app was the way to go. My Gel nails looked great but in 3 days two fell off. I made an appt for a repair and went in. I was told the technician did not come in and asked if I could reschedule. I agreed and did, and went back and she was nit there. They had no one available for a repair. This was no 6 days after they were put on. I asked to just have them removed as my hands looked horrible missing nails. I paid 90.00 for the nails plus a 30.00 top. After a rushed removal by an employee clearly annoyed at having the tadk of my removal I was presented with a bill for 15.00 for the removal. I refused to pay and walked out..never to return.

This is not my usual salon, but I was in a bind and this was the easiest option. I asked them to remove my gel manicure and give me a normal one. When They removed the gel, they drilled way too far into my nail bed and they are now fragile with indents, and my fingertips are sensitive. It will be months before they are back to normal (I just have to wait for them to grow out). This has NEVER happened to me at other salons.

Cindy was my nail tech she did a very thorough job on my full set they came out beautiful. Its a beautiful place and my nail tech was especially sweet and tended to me carefully i would definitely go again. They are a bit pricier but this is a much nicer side of town so understandable. Edit : 2 weeks later my nails are still holding up so DEFINITELY worth it !!!
