Prior to the pandemic, I patronized this establishment frequently. I loved the services, nail art, and the customer service. I have recently started going back. Most of the people are the same, but the service isn’t. I asked for nail art on 3 different trips. They were rude, couldn’t do it, and made me feel as if they didn’t want me patronizing their establishment any longer. When they did do one of the designs, I had a concern and started to express it. The person doing the design raised her voice because I dared say something. I tried another salon and they easily did one of the nail designs I showed at this place without issue. It amazes me that you spend your money and they treat you as if you should spend money just to breathe the same air as them. SMH, I don’t know what happened to this place in my time away. I suggest you think about the customer service your are providing and remember that a customer has the right question anything they want. It is up to you to clearly and politely explain what you are doing or if it is not possible.

I walked in fifteen minutes before closing on a Friday night, and they were more than happy to take me, as well as the girl who walked in five minutes behind me. The place is well lit, and very clean. The staff were professional and very friendly, and the prices are slightly less than most of their competitors.

I will not return. I was sat in a pedicure chair that was broken. I enjoy the massage as part of the service. The nail tech that made me aware that it didn’t work didn’t move me to another chair (even though two were open). After waiting 35 mins in the inoperable chair & feet not soaking- the tech started running the water. I asked if I could be moved- they said “no bc we already started running the water.” They sat someone else in one of the empty chairs. I asked again – & again refused. I was getting a needed refill & spa pedicure – but told them I will leave if they don’t want to move me. She said – okay leave. Wow-but ok. I left.. I like that they’re opened on Sundays so it was ok even though their nail service isn’t up to par with others. For instance only one tech can do most things-nothing trendy & not plush atmosphere. Last time they said they can only do a design if I used gel polish. For good customer svc, more trendy nails, up to date skills and plush salon go elsewhere.

I will def go back! I took my 3 daughters to get our nails/feet done. It was a Saturday and most places were busy. This place took all 4 of us with a short wait of 30 minutes. Very clean and friendly! I like that every client gets their own bag inside the pedi tub, not all places do this!

Asked for specific nail design it was very easy nothing out of the ordinary. They said they couldn’t do it. I was shocked very rude and made me and family feel uncomfortable. The Gel manicure I had a few weeks prior chipped within 2 days. For the money they charge you would think it would be high end nail polish. Not happy. Me and my family now go to a better salon where we leave happy after paying money for quality service and good dip and gel polish. Wouldn’t recommend

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice in there and they do an amazing job. Their prices are great too. I always bring my 9 year old with me and they’re the best. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Manicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, Pedicure
