Staff always friendly and accommodating, love that they offer a selection of drinks. Brian did a fantastic job on my nails, I only wish I had gotten my cuticles trimmed and pushed back as part of the manicure. I’m new to getting my nails done and I’m not sure if this is something that only gets done by request, or if it’s normally standard. Other than that, my experience was great and I love my nails!

I’ve been a customer at nail garden for years, and have had a few hit and miss experiences but after tonight I don’t think I’ll be back. I welcomed a baby earlier this year and recently started school so I’ve fallen behind on my nail habits due to no free time and limited extra spending money. I was in need of a little self care after the holidays and decided to go in for a pedicure, as I sat down I was asked if I wanted gel polish to which I replied no thank you, just regular. As I didn’t want to spend more then the price for a classic pedi. I then was pushed multiple times asking if I wanted to add hot wax for $5 more. After being asked 3 times I finally said sure just as one little extra. When I went to pay the total was $51 when I asked the lady why it was 51 instead of the initial $36 for classic +5 for the wax she said because I got gel, which I specifically told her I didn’t want. This was really frustrating because she didn’t offer any sort of way to make it right when I clearly stated it wasn’t the service I wanted. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but as a mom and a student running on little income as is I would hope they would respect and honor a clients wishes. Very disappointing.

Took my daughter in for her 1st shellac mani. The lady seemed to be frustrated with how small her nail beds were & had a hard time trying to do nail art on 1 of her nails, which she didn’t end of getting. I got a shellac mani done the same time…I felt it was super rushed. I didn’t get the lotion massage at the end nor got cuticle oil put on my nails afterwards and the nail polish that was on my skin around my nail tips & sides wasn’t cleaned off. They didn’t offer anything to drink either. I have given Nail Garden a few tries before but, after this time I don’t think I will be back. Disappointed how much they charge now for how little time they spend on you. They gotta get all those walk-ins and don’t seem to care about their repeating customers.

I work in the same lot and they quoted my coworker $42 give or take for a full set of acrylic medium length. She asked for reg polish they pushed gel polish on her (never mentioned a price difference) while doing the top coat he added a subtle French tip via a difference in shine not in color (meaning no extra polish was used) again she didn’t ask for this and he never mentioned a price difference. She paid $91 upon leaving, $81 for the nails plus tip. Not okay!!!! I went in and asked how much the same set of nails would be I was told $50, then when I asked why they charged my coworker so much she straight up lied to my face and said I showed her the wrong size and bc what i showed her is shorter it would cost less which is BS because when she confirmed the length initially i had even corrected her! FOR THE RECORD IM FULL COSMETOLOGY IVE TAKEN NAIL CLASSES U CANT LIE TO A PRO. do not go here!
