I came here after work to get my nails done. Ive never had a manicure where they dont soak your hands. All she did was a dry buff. Then put some cutical lotion and pretend she is cleaning my nails. Then pored alcohol on it to clean it. I had just taken off my acrylics and my nails where thin. With all the buffing my nails were paper thin. I asked a few times to clean around the nails. And all she telling my how bad my nails look and my nails are like this and that. I didnt go to the nail salon to get criticism about how my nails look. Overall not a good experience

I got a gel mani and gel pedi and it was the slowest service I’ve ever received. The woman doing my mani left half way through because she had to leave so another person came to polish me. Women came in after me and got their toes done faster than mine. After 1 day my toe polish is already peeling off and it’s gel. I paid $99 for mediocre at best service.

I hope this review benefits those for future and current customers, avoid this location at all times! More specifically, avoid any Nail Garden location. Extremely horrible management, which all they care about is “ good reviews “ to look good. They don’t care about their employees, they talk about them amongst themselves in such a disgusting manner. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Sabrina I believe, the receptionist for the Encino location, was such a delight and a great person all around. Attentive and looks to give the most exceptional service possible. Who am I? I’m just a regular guy who gets his manicure and pedicure done every 4-6 weeks and I bounce around locations to get a feel of different salons and which ones are good and bad. I can definitely tell you stay away from them.

The nail technicians are hit or miss. The lady who did my pedicure was great. The guy who did my manicure didn’t seem to understand what package I wanted and did a subpar job on my nails (missed spots on the outside and did a coat less than he probably should have for the color to look it’s best). Probably won’t be going back again.
