Critical: QualityI went in on Saturday 11/13 and got dip with tip for my nails. It was a total of $56 with tip. Two days later they started breaking. Mind you, I didn’t get them very long. I don’t like mine too long so they really shouldn’t have been breaking yet. By today (11/18) 4 nails have broken and 1 is cracking, about to break. I’m not usually one to complain but I’m super bummed about this because I spent a good amount of money for nothing. I don’t live in Oregon and now I have to go to a different nail place here today to get them fixed and pay for them all over again. I went in on Saturday 11/13 and got dip with tip for my nails. It was a total of $56 with tip. Two days later they started breaking. Mind you, I didn’t get them very long. I don’t like mine too long so they really shouldn’t have been breaking yet. By today (11/18) 4 nails have broken and 1 is cracking, about to break. Walked in showed a picture of what I wanted. Didn’t listen to me at all and just started a different process for a full set than I asked for. Paid $57 for a full set to look NOTHING like what I asked and for a rush job performed by the man who did them. Didn’t even receive a full manicure process with that cost. Would NEVER come back.

*PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!* I went there yesterday after doing some Christmas shopping. All I was getting done was a basic manicure with some gel polish (no acrylics nothing fancy) and the woman who was doing my nails immediately started off by stabbing my right index finger and giving it a painful, bleeding deep gash along the nail bed area. She was in a hurry and not paying attention to what she was doing. I walked out immediately after that happened. 24 hours later I might have to go to urgent care because it’s swollen and red and most likely infected. This is not at all how I wanted to spend my Christmas vacation! (Also I had no cuts or hangnails on my hands prior to going to the salon). Please avoid this place like the plaque as I strongly suspect their nail techs aren’t even fully licensed to make this kind of painful and avoidable mistake.

we come from Beaverton to this place because all the staff are very friendly, the appointment is not necessary, but if you have one it is better, I came with my nieces of 10 and 4 years, they painted their nails and I had a massage in the feet

I took my 2 daughter’s and myself to get mani and pedi. I paid extra for a service for my girls and tipped above normal and both of my daughter’s nails look great. My nails 1 week later are horrible. See photo. I work in an office setting. I will not go back. Other salons have better quality.

Terrible customer service!!! Up sale up sale up sale!!! Very rude! No regard to what You actually want. They tried to tell Me what I wanted, I told them no that’s not at all what I want! I LOVE this place. I went their for the first time today with a 9:00 AM appointment. The salon is large with 20 pedicure stations, clean and nicely decorated. I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had with a great leg and foot massage. My manicure was equally as nice. The staff is very friendly, joking around and social. Ann was my manicurist, she was great. and I will always ask for her in the future.

I had a flight delay and didn’t have a chance earlier to get my pedicure and brows done. Rosa fit me in right away and was so fun to chat with! She was efficient and talented! I may make this stop a habit! I made it back to PDX via the MAX in time to find out there was one more delay… What a weekend of flight delays!

this was the dirtiest nail salon i’ve ever been to. the table was not even wiped down from the previous customer! There was nail dust EVERYWHERE. at least they put a towel down. i was not offered a nail kit and they would pull one out from a bin below, sand files on another pumice type of thing then file nails with it. i watched all the pedicure ladies do it, too. my nails were again filed after my gelcoat which I’ve never had done before, and were not wiped w/ alcohol after the UV step like other places do. Mani was ok, but I am concerned that this place is not using sterile equipment. then there were dirty drinking cups everywhere. I will not be back. place was gross. soaked my hands in alcohol when i left.
