Critical: ProfessionalismI am not a regular at this place, I only come here once in a while.I’m giving a one star review because I think it’s tacky that the presumed owner lady who gave me a pedicure asked me a head of time how I am leaving a tip for her. Its tacky. They usually do a little shoulder rub while you’re drying your nails, but today She didnt bother and dumped me for another client who was spending more money. Huge turn off, for me. I had an appointment at 4 and they didn’t get started on me until 4:35. After a 35 min wait, they did a terrible job and finished $30 my gel manicure in 15 minutes. It wasn’t until later I realized she didn’t do anything to my cuticles and they were a MESS. Didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. Then asked me how much I want to give in tips at the end. Smh
