I went for my gel manicure and pedicure today. It was nice however I am not sure on why they didn’t give me back neck massage. While the lady was doing all other ladies massage who were getting polish changes.

This spot has been my go to since moving to the area in 2020. Nail Gallery is always clean, they stick to appointment times, my gel lasts weeks and Susan is meticulous, talented, and kind. Highly recommend!

Had appointment with owner who tried to pass me off to someone else. I insisted on using her as I had been referred. Asked her to trim a few nails so they were even but instead she cut all 10 down super short. Then she cut me with a file because she’d made them so short and she was filing fast and furiously. I was bleeding. My nail and finger both became infected. Will never go back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityWorkers are so friendly, especially Sarah and Laura. They followed covid19 guide lines, sanitizers on every station and all the workers wore mask and they even put on face shield if you request. Clean and safe salon!

Beautiful modern spa like atmosphere – you won’t be disappointed! Super clean, Los of options and colors to choose from, and plenty of chairs. The ladies were really nice, professional, and friendly. Will definitely come back 🙂

INCOMPETENT STAFF/POOR QUALITY SERVICE. The main objective is to get you in and get you out with complete disregard for SAFETY and customer satisfaction. They ruined my feet completely, not only making each toe asymmetrical but filing it to the point that it was breaking and this has never happened to me before.
