Not only did Shane fix all of the things wrong, he made them look a million times better!! I have been getting my nails done for 10 years now, on and off, and this has got to be the happiest I’ve ever left a salon before!! HIGHLY recommend Shane and his salon! Shane was GREAT! I went to another Nail Salon in town and they did not do a good job! Not only did Shane fix all of the things wrong, he made them look a million times better!! I have been getting my nails done for 10 years now, on and off, and this has got to be the happiest I’ve ever left a salon before!! HIGHLY recommend Shane and his salon! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been to many nail salons around the Gastonia, Lake Wylie, and Charlotte area and none of them are anything like Nail Gallery! The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. They don’t try to persuade or pressure me to get a nail design or anything that I hadn’t asked for like most places do. Shane makes it very easy to set up appointments and they’re always on time when I go in. One thing I love the most about this salon is that they brilliantly space their appointments out so they can really take their time with every customer which assures you’ll get amazing quality and that you’re getting what you pay for! Especially when they shape my nails (I prefer coffin shape, and they do amazing at it!) and not a lot of places actually give me coffin shape, I end up with square at other places for some odd reason. I know from experience most places rush and forget to paint the edges of my nails, but since Nail Gallery is patient, they don’t miss a thing! I haven’t had one bad experience from this place! Prices are very reasonable, especially if you compare their prices with TK Nail Bar in Lake Wylie, which isn’t as good as the place may look. Emily does amazing ombré work if you want something simple and cute! Their color selections and designs are almost endless, they have tons of shades and colors for gel. Pedicures are also very relaxing here. I have very sensitive feet and the nail tech who did my pedicure was very gentle and kind. The tools are always clean and the foot baths are lined with liners to insure a safe and clean experience. I’ve been to many nail salons around the Gastonia, Lake Wylie, and Charlotte area and none of them are anything like Nail Gallery! The staff are extremely welcoming and kind.
