Terrible! Brought in a picture of what I wanted, lady sat me down and literally wasted 3 & a half hours of my life. Couldn’t even draw a simple heart. So annoyed, would never recommend such a waste of time to my worst enemy! French manicures

You Should have a Appointment if you go. I was in there for 3hrs. A few of the employees seem nice however the person doing my nails wasn’t. The job came out sloppy. A few smudges & powder on my fingers. They seem to mk sure there REGULARS are happy.

Critical: QualityI asked for manicure and pedicure with no polish. The guy did a poor job. He left my nails very rough and got cut in some places. I asked for little shine and smoothness but the guy informed me I have to pay additional $5 for shine. Like seriously I didn’t even got polish and he left my nail so rough and he didn’t even file smoothly. Didn’t even scrub my feet properly. Overall not happy with the service. I asked for little shine and smoothness but the guy informed me I have to pay additional $5 for shine. Critical: QualityThe place is very clean & the staff is friendly. I got my nails done on a Tuesday, (powder gel) & my nails were crackling by Friday & chipping off by Saturday. I let them know & they did them over on Monday evening with no charge. My nails were crackling with the hairline cracks by Wednesday. I called them back & the male just brushed me off & hung up the phone.Also, when I went back to get it fixed the first time, I even let them give me a pedicure. My feet was still very, very rough. I’ve been here before and every time the service is hit or miss. But my most recent (and last) appointment was particularly poor. I arrived on time only to have to wait almost an hour for my nails to be done and when they were done my manicure was disappointing at best. It’s full of bubbles, holes, even what looks like hair and other little fibers. Overall, unhappy with my experience here. I will probably end up redoing my nails myself tonight!

I have been a customer for about 3 years now… I’m very particular about the way my nails are done so in my opinion Vivian and May are the best… Now Vivian husband what ever his name is super rude and nasty. When you go into a business they are suppose to greet you and say hello. I’m spending my money here so be nice! Now I believe Vivian’s husband ways have rubbed off on her. I broke my nail and I needed it fixed I waited for about 20 min for Vivian to come out the back to ask me anything while her Husband and another nail tech just sat there and looked at me like I was crazy. It took almost 1 hour to fix one nail! That’s absurd… Last thing that put the nail in the coffin… I went for just a pedicure and when I was leaving I asked if I could make my nail appointment? Vivian says to me to call her because she’s busy right now with a customer! What the hell am I then? Every time I’ve sat in the customer chair Vivian has had to stop to do eyebrows, collect money, answer phone calls and I’m trying to make an appointment to put money in your sons college fund! Well I’ve had about enough. It’s ok I’ll take my talents elsewhere. Reading the mixed reviews I sincerely hope that any one reading this takes heed and goes elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated this way especially after being such a loyal customer.

My whole family goes here and has been going here for the past 9 or 10 years. We love the owner and the staff is amazing. The place is always clean and they offer such a wide range of services -always the most up to date techniques. As they grow in popularity and become more and more busy, it has become a longer wait..But I’m hoping more staff will come on board to quicken the process.
