These women are tiny but big in meanness.i when in with my daughter for a pedicure, they took her first and I waited in the chair for 45 minutes, I assumed she would take me next but took another woman that came in after me. All they want is tips, I been going there for years but will never go back again. Prices increased to $40 and u don’t get anything extra but they want that big tip.

Frustration with the communication is an understatement. You will see people taken before you as if the staff have forgotten you were there for service. Waited 30 mins to see 3 people that came after me go first. When I questioned it, I was told these 3 people had an appt, after I had been waiting 20mins when the lady that greeted me told me one sec for a pedi. Tell a customer info like that up front so I can decide if I want to hang out with you ladies or try another location. Thumbs down for me. Still no one available and it’s been 45mins. And they wipe their seats down between customers with windex as disinfectant lol.

I started going to this salon for the Mall convenience, but since the first time I went I felt the rudeness of Nancy (The Owner) and another lady that sits at the last chair. They want to be in peoples business all the time, you can’t even ask for a certain color or anything with the person doing your nails. I saw how a lady came one day and they asked her to go outside and wait there and the lady ended up leaving because the way they talked to her. Sad… the owner also told me one time to stop talking to the other client because we were loud and that was not true. Then they were talking soooo loud that the other client and I couldn’t believe it. They talk about every person that comes in in their language and that’s very rude. You can tell they’re talking about you and they don’t care. So unprofessional. I did my nails yesterday and they were mad because I choose regular nail polish and not gel. Then one of my nails got messed up and they looked at me in front of everyone like I came from another planet and started talking trash in their language. Soooo RUDE! I also want to say that Sarah, the young lady is amazing. Is the only one there that’s good, but I won’t go back there anymore.

I have been getting my nails done here for years along with other members of my family. Nancy and the other staff are always kind and do a great job. They are very patient with everyone as far as I can tell. It’s always clean and I have never had an issue. Manicure

Awesome first visit here! My friend recommended this place to me. It’s super convenient, right next to the threading spa in the Braintree mall. The nail salon itself is a bit small, but it wasn’t super busy when I went (Saturday afternoon around 4ish), so it was fine. I went with two other people. We didn’t have an appointment but we were seated almost immediately & were in & out of the salon in about an hour!
