The staff is quiet but very friendly. I like the way they do acrylic nails. They last a very long time. I came here with my grandmother. She comes here all the time. They were really gentle with doing my nails and I appreciate that. Most places do nails too fast and end up hurting my nails or my skin. They took their time here and I love my nails. The inside is also very spacious and looked really well kept. I will definitely be coming back.

I would pay for a customer service class for every employee that works at salon. Paid for gel manicure and the Tech did not even clean my cuticles and was servicing 3 customers at the same time. I have many friends in Santa Clarita and I will make that I tell everyone to avoid this salon. I am also going to reach out to the owner, as if this was my salon, I would want to know. The price does not matter as I would pay much more to be treated like a customer that is valued. You have lost a customer and probably many more.

Went in with my 10 year old daughter. Asked for express pedicures. When I got the slip it was for 2 signatures pedicures plus callous removal. Instead of paying 48.00 I ended up paying 75.00!! They were very quick , 2 minute massage and messy polish. I will never go back. No wonder the place was empty. Beware people!!! Pedicure

This review is for the Nail Forum in Stevenson Ranch!! I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning, more than happy to wait for an opening. I chose to come here to relax. I knew if I came here (a more upscale place) I could feel rejuvenated and relaxed. They took me right away, my service was great until they lady wasn’t even finished painting my toes before I was rushed out of my seat for the next client (also a walk-in but with multiple people and wanting seats together). As my technician was finishing my toes, another lady come over and ASKED ME TO LEAVE so someone could have the chair. Throughout the entire time several people were crowded around me talking in different languages which they clearly have a sign saying is not permitted. This was by far the worst experience in a nail salon I’ve ever had. I wanted to go and relax and treat myself. It was everything BUT that. If you want to go and relax, don’t go here. Go to a smaller, less busy place. Trust me.

My daughter and I went to the Nail Forum in Stevenson Ranch. We both had a manicure and gels (we both didn’t have anything on our nails at the time.) We went during the week, so we didn’t have to wait. The lady who did my nails didn’t do a great job, it was really quick with two coats of gel. The lady who did my daughter’s nails did a better job. However, it was really expensive. I am not sure if it is just because they are “Stevenson Ranch,” and believe they can charge the higher price, but it really was too high. $39 each without having to remove any existing gel polish. The manicures were so so, nothing to brag about. Down the street they charge $31 for the same thing, and other places charge $23, give or take. Too pricey for what you get.
