The polish came out darker than expected, but the price is great for the service. My deluxe pedicure was $53.

The male technician is rude. I noticed that he had a Band-Aid on, which he took off during my manicure and it looked like his finger was bleeding. He kept filing the sides of my nails excessively. Also when I got home, I noticed that the top coat was missing from my thumbnail and you can also see the cuticle is not trimmed. Poor service!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMade an appointment for a gel fill and was seated quickly with a male technician. I asked if they had a specific sheer pink/beige OPI color by name. In lieu of a verbal response, I was tossed the basket of samples. A simple, “I’m not sure,” would have been fine.I was mindlessly scrolling through my phone while he was doing my nails, not really paying attention. The gel started to burn when two girls walked in asking for manicures, like he was adding thicker layers to move more quickly (they did not have enough staff to take both walk-ins at the same time). When using the rotary tool, he was hitting so much skin, it felt like all of the skin on my finger tips was being filed and was on fire. When it came time for color, I asked to see the three bottles that I had picked from the samples (which were labeled by number) to see if I recognized any of the names. One was the color I was originally looking for so I went with that one. When I was done, I had to use the ladies room and when I was washing my hands, I noticed how horrendous my nails looked. They are all different lengths. On most nails you can see where the fill line was. They are all different shapes–some square, some rounded–some are square on one side of the nail and rounded on the other side of the same nail. Some are crooked. There are pools of gel at my cuticle. Pictures are after I managed to get out a large portion of it.When I came out of the bathroom, the man who did my nails was standing there in the back of the salon and I was like, “Hey, these don’t look great” and started pointing out the issues that I’d noticed while washing my hands. Somehow, he came up with a reason that all of the issues were my fault. Eventually Jennifer overheard us talking and came to join. She agreed that all of the issues were my fault. I was getting a fill and, according to her, you have to get a darker color when you get a fill to not see the lines–something that has not been the case for me in 15+ years of having artificial nails.Jennifer offered several times, between excuses, if I wanted to do a different color or for her to redo them. I asked her multiple times, “Do you think these look good?” while showing her my hands. She never acknowledged that they did not look good. So after being there for an hour, being blamed for misshapen nails, a terrible fill, and picking the wrong color, I decided it wasn’t worth sitting there for another hour to get them “fixed” by someone who thought my nails looked fine they way the other tech did them. When I got home I looked up reviews on Google, Yelp and Facebook and almost all of the low reviews specifically mention a male nail tech.I paid full price, tipped over 20%, and left dissatisfied.Service: ManicureMade an appointment for a gel fill and was seated quickly with a male technician. Tammy is amazing. She is very sweet. Gentle and articulate with application of SNS. Quality of work definitely impresses me every time that I always want Tammy as my tech now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I entered this establishment there was no one there but 3 techs; 2 sitting in the pedicure seats and the other in the back. They asked what I wanted and I explained and they said have a seat. The older gentleman did my nails and was cold, dry, and very rude. He pushed my hands and talked under his breath about me. I had explained I was tired and he said it is the person’s fault if they are tired. Then another customer walks in the door and they welcomed her and asked if she liked some water. I said, “oh you have water can I get some.” He then pushes my hand out the way and gets up to give me some water. No words said. Another customer walks in and they did the same and asked her if she would like to look at the color she wanted. They walk over to her and give her a basket with different shades. I ask for mines and he says, “wait until I finish your shape and then I will give it to you.” Rude establishment and not wanting to assume but noticed I am of African American descent the other ladies were Caucasian. Never will I come back here again.

If I could leave NO stars I would. They were very cold and not receptive to helping me upon entrance. I needed a simple fill and even simpler gel polish coat. I was told if I wanted a design “then I could go home and do it myself.” Plus the nails turned out looking awful. Bubbly, uneven, and shaped horribly like a 3 year old did them. I will NOT be back and don’t recommend anyone going here.

Kim is a genius. She has done wonders with what used to be very short, weak nails. They also have lots of great deluxe pedicure options!

I LOVE this place. I’ve been going since I moved to Cary. Kim’s work is FLAWLESS. Amy usually does my pedicures and she is just as sweet and amazing. Everyone in this salon is super friendly, kind, and most helpful. The prices are fair especially for the outstanding work they do. I’m so glad its only a few minutes from where I live! <3

I walked in and got a mini deluxe pedicure–which included sugar scrub, lotion, and cooling gel–and this SUPER COOL chrome gel on my fingernails. Kim’s attention to detail was amazing! She also didn’t seem to rush when they got a bit busier, but she didn’t waste time either. She was great! Ask for her whenever you can. The owner also praised Kim for her artistic abilities while I was there, so ask for Kim for any fancy designs you want.
