We took my grandmother to get nails and toes done for her birthday. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t shape or cut her nails, there was no massage or detail to anything. Everything is uneven and rough, they didn’t soak her nails or do anything to nails. They look awful and she used dirty tools that I saw her use in the client before. DISGUSTING!
