never once in my life, had a dirty pedicure(foot) rag handed to me, by the young lady, to dry my hands. out right disgusting and straight disrespectful. the floor in there is also disgusting hasn’t been swept vacuumed in who knows how long. she charged me $50 for sns, gel “french tips”.. that are uneven along with the actual nail shaping and size. disappointed in this nail “business”. do not recommend for sns or any service. this.. is what I walked out with and will never return for. bubbly, uneven, thick nails.. done by a younger lady too.. hard pass

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityTotally unprofessional. Had an appointment for me and my wedding party the day before my wedding. Got to the salon to see all the lights off and nobody at the salon. I called the owner and they said I never confirmed my appointment. When you call and make an appointment then that should be it. If you want an appointment confirmed then you need to tell someone to call the day before or call them yourselves. Totally ridiculous that I had to scramble to find a new salon for us before my rehearsal. Will NEVER consider them again!! Worst salon ever!!Totally unprofessional. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualitySat in a chair for 40 min while my water kept getting cold for my pedi , the guy puts half my nails on and leaves me in the chair with just tips glued on , while he is putting my nails on he walks away to do eye brows and check people out. Leaves me . Water had to be changed again before anyone even got to my feet. I was waiting almost an hr . Terrible experience. An older man did my nails. I got coffin shape acrylic nails. Not only did they come out crooked, but he didn’t reach the the top of my nails. I got them done 3 days ago and they look like I’ve had them for 2 weeks already. They chipped within hours of me having them. All around awful experience.

They did a great job with my nails and they lasted two full weeks without a chip. Unlike other pricey gelv manis I’ve had. However, and this is a big issue for me. The place was filthy. I thought it might have been a one time thing but the it looked even worse the second time I visited. There was dust every where. The mirror above the sink where you wash your hands was gross. As much as I liked their service, I won’t be returning.

Horrible experience! I got sns and my nails are uneven and thick. I got American tip on my toe nails and two hours after getting them done, I touched my toenail and the white came right off. The water was too hot for my feet. Just an overall terrible experience and I will never go back there.

The Hispanic girl there did my acrylic nails so bad. When she was painting them, it came out botched. The nails afterwards came out if I had them for weeks. I was recommended this place, but I rather not waste my money for the the job not be done correctly.
