Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came in for a fill and the lady that usually does my fill was not available that day. The owner of the nail salon offered to do my fill. She was the absolute worst, she was rough with my nails and very rude. It seemed like she was in a rush to finish. She kept stopping to talk to other customers and she even stopped to pet a dog. Very unprofessional. After she was done, my nails looked horrible. There are no refunds here, so I came back the next day to have someone else fix my nails. The owner of the shop was upset that I even came back to get my nails fixed. She was arguing with me in front of customers saying she did a great job on my nails. She snatched my hand and started showing customers my nails and saying she always does a good job. The man fixing my nails was rude as well, my nails still looked horrible after. I would definitely recommend this place, walk ins available, I do have to say that Kim is awesome, she does a great job on my nails, I have dry skin, she takes her time to remove all!! of that unwanted skin around my nails!!
