First off, I’ve been going here for YEARS for my eyebrows ONLY and have been pleased. I took a chance to get a mani, pedi and gel polish on my nails and my experience was less then stellar as far as my nails go. The same day I got them done, my right hand begin chipping really bad and they looked really lumpy. I called to let them know and they told me to come get the redone free of charge. I went back and the same guy redid my nails. They were still very lumpy afterwards but I didn’t want to be problematic and everyone thete is so nice so I dealt with. But over the next two days my nails started chipping again!!! I’m disappointed that I wasted money. My nails have never chipped this bad especially with gel polish, not even on my natural nails

Good experience! They gave me an accurate wait time when I arrived and my tech did great. I didn’t catch her name but I will be back and looking for her again. She had a bubbly personality and didn’t judge me for being in need of a cuticle treatment badly. She did great with the coffin shape and length, and even predicted that is what I wanted. I definitely recommend.
