Very disappointed I was charged $200 and my nails look awful they did not take their time the shaping is awful my nails are slanted and they look huge and they are very sore the day after and one of the ladies (don’t know a name) was very pushy about choosing pricier packages, I was going to tell the tech doing my nails I wanted to go with the basic package but the other tech spoke up before I could answer and said no deluxeI thought the ladies were extremely rude, she pushed me to pay before she even finished putting the acrylic on me, which she’s lucky she did because she would have either fixed my nails or I would not have paid $200 for the very poor set I left with, the gentleman that done my pedicure was amazing though, very kind and his work looks so pretty. Won’t be going back here.

Would not go here unless you want cut up fingers, a young lady went here with her grandmother and got her nails done and the nail tech filed her nails so hard that it cut the poor girl’s skin! When she and her grandmother asked for their money back they were refused a refund and offered a free fill in ? Who’s who say they won’t cut her fingers again? That could have caused a serious infection!! Do better!

Tammy was left in charge when Jan and Lee went on vacation and she treated me horribly to where another customer even said loudly enough that she couldn’t believe she was treating me like she was in front of everyone. I feel 100% discriminated against. By the way I’ve been going here for 22 years and this isn’t the first time I’ve been treated bad but the first time I’ve said anything about it on a review. Tammy has the worst customer service in my opinion. Taking my business and money elsewhere

every single one of my fingers were cut one even started to bleed. the lady never even said sorry some of my cuts are even deep. we never got a refund only was given a free fill in. very disappointed.
