I called to make an appointment after reading reviews and today was my first visit. I plan to go back! I loved this place. Staff was friendly and the shop was CLEAN. I watched them not just clean but sanitize customer areas. I took my hubby and we both got Volcano pedicures which were great, I also got a full set which I haven’t had in so many years. I’m a “natural nail” girl but I wanted something different today and the tech did exactly what I wanted. I’m super picky but I really see myself going back here. Thanks everyone!

My daughter went to get her nails done, one of the most sweet polite teens and came home basically in tears. She was treated with impatience, not listened to at all and her nails were not how she wanted them. She asked twice for them to be cut down, not done. Asked for it to be painted French tip with a color, told her they couldn’t do it. The nail tech didn’t listen about the color she wanted and the nail tech picked and forced a color on her. She was almost in tears and just went with the color so she could leave.

I love this place! The staff is amazing! They show great hospitality and they are very kind! Their work is flawless! I really appreciate that they take their time with you and offer you hot tea or water to drink while they pamper you! And I really appreciate their professionalism; they don’t ask you any of your personal business and if they’re speaking in their language, they’ll translate for you in English what was said so that you don’t feel uncomfortable

Critical: ProfessionalismIf you can suffer through these women bad attitudes, you’ll walk out with very nice nails. Today I just couldn’t tolerate it anymore. To have the color chart tossed at me because I asked about a specific color and see this same woman change her mannerisms towards a white client was over the top!
