I’ve never been one to leave bad reviews but today was the day I became a Karen. Me and my sister got a fill in and they did terrible, they didn’t even do what we asked for and my sisters nails are already lifting up and it’s been 2hours since she got them done. On my nails it looks like I didn’t even get them filled in because u can still see lots of my natural nail by my cuticle that they didn’t put acrylic on. They also put some coat on my sisters nails and it started burning her skin when she put them in the dryer. Also they didn’t get the right shape or file them.

Kim, the owner, is amazing and did such a perfect job on my nails today!! I so appreciate her attention to detail and her great advice on how to get the most wear for my manicure! This place is super nice, everyone is happy, talkative, and great! I loved how excited all the other customers were to be there, too. They got me in quick without an appointment, too, which I’m grateful for! I love my nails!

They were very unsanitary.. they used the same tools on each person with out sanitizing, had no barbicide visible and did not take time to properly clean the pedicure bowls between clients, as soon as I stood up from the chair they sat another person down and used the same tools on her that they used on me.. I got fungus on booth my feet after getting a pedicure here and am still struggling with it almost 2 months later Highly suggest paying attention to sanitation when coming into a place like this, this is how infection is spread.. I am probably only aware of the improper use of tools and sanitation since I went to school for these services so I urge others to pay attention to these things as well.

When I first started going here my nails looked good I was satisfied. After a few months the quality of service started to go downhill last visit for my nails I got cut from the file board. Well I went in for a pedicure just recently and that was the worst of the worst pedicure I ever had. I will not return. A manicure should take longer than thirty minutes a pedicure should not be rushed either. Please consider getting new dryers to dry your toes utterly disgusting!

I took my daughter here for the first time to have a mother-daughter day and the person working on my daughter’s “coffin nails” broke 3 nails off her middle finger and looked “melted” when he finally finished 45 minutes later, then charged me 75 dollars for hers I got “French tip nails” and they looked good no complaints on my end other then my nails were 45. I KNOW I WAS WAY OVER CHARGED FOR THEM. I paid the bill and will not be going back.

Positive: QualityIm from Noblesville and have my regular nail place I like and I don’t like trying new nail places but I went in for a fill and the girl who did mine did amazing. She was so quick I was scared it was sloppy but they turned out perfect. They are the most natural looking nails I have had done!! She painted one nail with the color I picked out and then asked me if I liked the color just to confirm it was what I wanted. I’m so glad she did this because I ended up not liking the color I picked and she let me pick out a new one and was very nice about it. I even smeared one nail when they were drying and she was very nice and redid it. I will definitely go back they are the best nails I’ve had done!
