I made an appointment, thinking it going to take 2 and an half hour because i had gel nails for 8 years before, every time took the same. I had to wait because they had a lot to work and people keep showing without an appointment. I didn’t wait to long in my opinion. So she finally take me when she was done with the previous client. Sia, that’s her name. The best! She was so fast and I told her that. She finished my nails in 30 minutes. I don’t understand how people can complain about this place. They supposed to go there and relax, but how are you going to relax when the person who is working on you is hurrying and stressed? How do people expect this people to do a nice job when they are rushing them? Never in my life had gel nail so fast. And they look awesome! Thank you so much! Definitely going back!

Always a great experience. I was referred here by a prior boss and they said they loved you guys. So I decided to switch from the one I went to and try you guys. I’ve been coming to you for a little over a year now and you always do an amazing jobs on my nails. I can usually where my nails for about 2 months before I get them redone. I was pretty disappointed in my experience here. They were severely overpriced to begin with and then charged me extra afterwards so my total ended up being about twice the amount I had anticipated. I also felt rushed the entire time. My manicure was not well done and I still have bits of my own black nail polish on my nails that they never removed. (You can see this in the picture.) I think they strive to do well, but are too busy to do so. I will not be returning.

Thr Hispanic lady took my nails off and had to tell her more then 4 times it hurt and finally Ivy the manager came took over and finished them rather quickly but this is the outcome from it!

My first time trying out nail fever was above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon!!!! First I had a pedicure and it was The Best!!! She spent a good forty-five minutes cutting and shaping my toenails, massaging and rubbing my feet and legs!! The Best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life and the nail tech actually listened to how I wanted my nails done so my manicure and tip refill was The best experience ever❤️ I have never been this satisfied after a nail appt, usually not done how I ask but no this place actually cared❤️def going back for all my nail care needs thank you for a great experience and a perfect job well done❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Not sure why a business would charge full price for services with an inexperienced nail tech who takes 1.5 hours to do what should take no longer than 45 minutes. Also, nails should be somewhat flat and not have awkward humps in random places.

She applied 2 layers of gel stuff and then paint and then top coat… my nails were bubbled and peeled within hours, I went back to make them fix it the next day, and she tried but after an hour of damaging all my skin on my fingers from soaking in acetone, she applied a new full set and STILL my nails have chipped! I will NEVER go there EVER AGAIN( and charged $65 mind you) SO DO I RECOMMEND? HELL NAHH

Went in and requested a gel dip, was given acrylic tips with gel polish. She burnt my nails several times. My cuticles are a mess now, peeling, sore. The nails are lifting. WILL NOT BE BACK, WILL NOT RECOMMEND

The last 4 times I’ve been in, I’ve been left waiting while getting my pedicure- to the point where the water gets freezing, and it’s taken 45 minutes for someone to get to me- this is despite being told “no wait” . Today, i was left waiting with hot towels on my legs, for 20 minutes. Then when she came back, i told her we needed to please be quick about my nails, because i had an appointment to get to. Then, i was left waiting 35 minutes at the nail station, while the gal doing my nails started someone else’s manicure, then started someones pedicure. At this point, i won’t be back.
