I had the worst experience ever and will never return to this place. I was told my nail design was not feasible with normal nail polish when it’s been done numerous times at other salons? Up-charging seems to be the number one motive rather than providing the customer with a quality service. The nail technician absolutely butchered my nails and when I kindly asked to fix one smudge I was told “they don’t need fixed they’re fine”. Then she proceeded to throw a fit and got black nail polish all over my phone. I would recommend going somewhere that you’ll be treated with respect rather than this place.

Critical: Quality, ValueIt hasn’t even been a full two weeks and my nails look TERRIBLE. One of them is lifting and the rest look like I had them on for well over a month. Critical: QualityThe people doing my nails where very kind. But less than a week after I got them done, 2 of my nails came off. It either was the glue, or not enough glue. I recommend this place if you are getting poly gel, but not acrylics.

I came in and got a full set with gel two weeks ago and it cost me $50 when I came in to get a fill with gel which should’ve been 23 for the fill + 12 for the gel which is $35. (I get square nails) I was charged $43 dollars which just doesn’t make sense to me. How was a fill with little to no shaping that took half the amount of time that my full set took so expensive? I’ve been here before to get fills I’ve never been charged that much before. Crazy.

I had a full set of acrylic nails put on and I didnt like them. The more I looked the more I realized they were uneven and quickly painted so I called the manager and asked if she could take a look for me and what she could do to fix them. She re shaped and buffed my nails and re painted them and now they look great! I didn’t like my nails and was very skeptical at first but after the great customer service I received after pointing out my problem I have to give this place five stars! Thank you I will come again!
