It doesn’t get better than Simon & Jessica. They “wow” me each time with their attention to detail and fantastic customer service! I feel like often salons don’t take the time or focus needed to perfect services on short nails (as I have to keep mine for work) but this duo makes me feel special and give me beautiful results every time.

First, the customer service is amazing. I was prepared to have a wait since I went later in the evening but was serviced immediately. The lady who did my nails took the time to make sure I would like the color and the shape before she started working. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how kind all of the employees were. I highly recommend this nail salon and will be returning!

I decided to try the SNS powder out here, which is supposed to last for 3 weeks. I chipped one a nail after 4 days, and then because my nails were so thin from them buffering my nails to oblivion, it broke off. Another nail followed suit 2 days later. I went in to get the powder taken off, and they proceeded to cut me with the nail buffer. He offered no refund, even though I paid $60 in total for a manicure that was supposed to last for 3 weeks. Very disappointed with the service and quality. Their customer service is inexcusably poor, and I feel that I should have been offered a refund considering I paid for a manicure that was supposed to last 3 weeks, but received one that lasted as long if not shorter than a manicure I could have given myself at home.

I love them. They are always pleasant and try to make you comfortable. They try to remember you and make sure you know you’re valued. I’ve been coming here for yrs on and off and as of recently I’ve been bringing my own dip powder colors and there was no extra charges and even when I had chips and cracks with the color I brought in they were wonderful about squeezing me in last minute. I tend to always leave a tip for them even when I’m strapped for it.
