My experience here was very horrible! Gina does not know how to do nails at all. My nails are natural and she just did anything to my nails. I am so disappointed being I came here 3 weeks ago to get my toes done thinking I’d have the same good experience.

My appointment was for 11:00 and was finally sealed at 11:45. Yen is nasty and her filthy tools caused a severe toe infection. The owner knows about it and did nothing about this medical issue. This place is expensive and filthy. You get what you pay for in life.

Went here for a pedicure months ago, it was pretty expensive. Noticed a month or so later the polish didn’t come off- so naturally I thought it was just because pedicures do that sometimes.. no big deal.. was getting ready for shower and tried to pick nail polish off (as I didn’t have nail polish remover). My whole big toenail fell off. Most of my toenails turned yellow after this pedicure, I chalked it up to bad health- but I had never had this happen before. Looked it up later on- their pedicure gave me a fungal infection. My toes matched all the symptoms. I guess that’s an infection you can get from dirty tools in nail salon. Pretty gross. Still working on fixing my toes and making them look normal again. Suggest going elsewhere x

I called and scheduled an appointment for 1pm. I got there at 12:45pm and by 1:20pm they still have not even acknowledge me. I asked for a manager and they told me there was not one there at the moment. Obviously they don’t care about the customers when they don’t value their time. I would’ve appreciated at least if they would’ve told me there was a wait or whatever excuse. NEVER GOING BACK!!
