Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe man that did my nails didn’t change gloves in between clients nor did he sanitize anything. (shouldn’t even be open if they won’t follow cleaning protocols) I showed him a picture of what I wanted, very simple full set with glitter. Didn’t cut my real nails down, I told him I wanted coffin shape like the picture (didn’t happen), and he told me it would be $40 then at the register charged me $50. I’m not one to complain and if I didn’t have plans I would have stayed to get the service corrected. Critical: ProfessionalismVan is very unprofessional. She can be rude when it comes to dealing with matters concerning the services and prices. She is always right; never the customer. She needs to have more compassion with customers and stop being bias towards certain races when dealing with matters.
