The nail techs do a great job here. We had an appointment and I waited about 20 minutes in the foot bath as they were short-staffed. If I had known that we’d have come later. However they did a great job, just not a fan of waiting that long when I have an appointment.

Horrible experience. They gave me a 1:30pm appointment time didn’t start on my nails until 2pm. They kept saying “I’m sorry” which was annoying but I overlooked it. Then once they finished my Pedicure, they said that they were behind and sat me down for another 30 minutes. It would’ve been longer but I eventually got up and told them that I could no longer wait. I paid for my Pedicure and left at approximately 4pm. They have a “walk-in” sign but I heard them turn away all walk-ins. They don’t have the staff to accommodate doing nails and other services efficiently. Go to another nail shop or you will be there waiting a long time – frustrated like me.

Worked me right in but didn’t have the one product I wanted so I had to settle on another. The nail polish was almost out and instead of telling me to pick another she made it work which was fine but it was very thick and tacky and just didn’t look the greatest. Also they don’t seem to sanitize or clean their tools between customers.

This nail shop doesn’t value people’s time. If you have an appointment, unfortunately, it will not be honored. There’s no reason it should take 4-5 hours in a nail shop just to get a mani and pedí. People typically go to a nail shop to relax not to have the person doing your nails constantly answering the telephone during your visit. They get so behind that the nail techo seem stressed doing your nails and they end up doing a rushed job. Go somewhere else.

I asked to change to dip powder the girl said no that next time I need to ask for those kind ahead of time. The work she did was half fast. Wrong color then what I asked. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had the chance to talk to some of the lady’s there and they were very nice, but the lady that I had was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was being so rough on my nails that I was so uncomfortable the whole time. During my pedicure I told her that I have a tender spot on my toe and she proceeded to grab that spot anyway and file roughly in that corner, either she didn’t care or wasn’t listening. I also got a manicure and she nicked my skin when she was using the nail drill and I pulled my arm back instinctively and that made her mad. Every time I told her she was hurting me she got more and more annoyed each time. Everything I asked for was just an inconvenience to her. She ended up getting so mad at me that she wouldn’t stop bossing me around in the worst tone, which really upset me. I was having a rough week already and she just made it worse. I tried walking out without tipping her and she made me come back to tip, so I ended up giving her just a dollar because that experience wasn’t worth my time.
