So I wrote a bad review for Rainbow nails. I left and went here. Omggg Tom did an amazing job on my French tip pedicure and Anne did amazing on my pink and white. Well to start off it was sketchy because there was a line but no names were taken. To my assumption I thought it was first come first serve then I spoke.to the receptionist and she said no name she’d recognize my face, I didn’t take the chance and stayed in line. Worst place ever, I’ve been going there since high school but I stopped going because it seems that they prefer a certain skin tone. This was the second time that I got a bad pedicure. It looks like something my little sister did. It’s all clumpy and messy. I hate it. I paid and gave her a two dollar tip but I will not return here for anything but my eyebrows. The girl that did my eyebrows was professional and did a great job. HORRIBLE NAIL SALON. I came in and got my nails done & as soon as I left I saw that all of my nails were uneven and crooked. The polish was smudged everywhere and my nails weren’t even filled or painted up to the cuticle. I went back in not even 2 days later and the guy up front was very rude & nasty. He continued to tell me that I had to pay 8 dollars to get them fixed. I then went to the lady that did them and she said “you have to pay money”. Why should I pay more money for something that was YOUR fault? She also said that she would just file them down as she has a client in front of her. The pedicure tubs have crusted mildew in them. Absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE customer service. Never will I do business with these greedy people again.

I have been a Nail Famous customer for about 8 years and have mixed feelings about this nail salon. Some of the nail techs are very friendly and helpful while others are rude. Several of the nail techs do not speak English and ask the other techs to translate. This is not the cleanest nail salon. If you don’t say anything, the techs will try to use unsanitized tools on you. Tonight, a nail tech removed my toe nail polish and then went over to work on another customer’s fingernails. Some of the ladies who work here will insist that you get gel nail polish and will get a little nasty when you refuse. As far as pricing, this salon is very reasonable. If you need your brows waxed, Lisa is the eyebrow queen. In summary, your experience at Nail Famous depends on the nail tech.
