I came from 3 feet of snow in Ohio. To say my feet and hands were awful when I walked in is an understatement…. Now… WOW! My feet and hands are soft and beautifully polished and I feel like a million dollars! They are incredibly friendly, professional and very very clean. I had my eyebrows done and they are perfect… I have a scar on my left brow and no one has ever been able to make my eyebrows even until today! I would absolutely recommend this Salon ! They are also very inexpensive. I would have paid $85 at home.. I only paid $55 here with the hand drawn nail art. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

The place is clean and the prices are great. However they made me feel INCREDIBLY uncomfortable for not liking my nails poorly done. They fixed it after I said that I can’t walk out like that. However, they were rude after they realized that it needs to be redone. Felt like they were doing me a favor, except I am obviously paying for it. That’s why 3 stars only.

After a week my nails look like someone worked with an axe on it. Very upsetting. My pedicure is 3 out of 5, which is pretty bad for a pedicure. I love this place, the staff is amazing. Everytime I come in I feel welcome, even if i don’t have an appointment.. Tee works great, I’m very picky with the shape of my nails, and she always get them right. I recommend her and this place to anyone.

if i could rate ZERO stars i would, if you care about the presentation of your nails and also the way they were prepared do not come here and waist your money, if you want something cheap and you dont really care about how it looks then this is the place for you. i came here on wed. for a fill in on 7/18 and on 7/22 i had to go pay another nail salon to repair 2 of my nails that just popped off in the same day. ive never been more disappointed with a service in my life, and also the woman who did my nails took the drill under my nails and shaved the tips off of my REAL NAILS! in all my years of getting my nails done i have never seen a nail tech do that. very unprofessional and i will never return or recommend anyone here.

I called to make an appointment for a facial, they asked for my name which is John and told me to come in at 1:30. When I got there I sat down for about 10 minutes before they acknowledge me Then they told me we don’t do facials for men. I asked why did you not tell me that on the phone, and their response was didn’t know you were a man.? I said I told you my name is John and I know I don’t sound like a woman on the phone and she said Sorry can’t help you and walked away.
