I got a full set and the technician cut them short (without asking me what length I wanted) and I had asked for rounded… they look like circles. I kept telling her I didn’t like the shape and they are too short and she would not fix them. At the end, she told me it was $45 and when I handed her money she said actually it’s $50. I said why and she said it’s because of the shaping not being square. I told her I was not even happy with them and she never explained the pricing difference but she didn’t care.

Today I got a gel manicure. I left with atrocious nails. For me to spend $35 I was expecting good quality nails but what I left with was not that. I’m attaching a photo of my nails because I’m really upset Gel manicures

I used to go here all the time. However, the new staff is so rude!!! Barely gave me 4 minutes to pick a color and rolled their eyes when I said I wasn’t set on a color yet.

Critical: QualityUnfortunately the dip done was not a good job. I asked for my nails not to be filed down, they were…I asked for very square shape, they were all different types of round and rounded square, etc….and it was nowhere near as thick as it should be. This is something I could’ve done at home. I won’t be returning.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo yourself a favor and DO NOT get your nails done here unless you’re content with dirty, unprofessional, unsanitary, and awful looking nails. NO EXAGGERATION. After 4 months of not getting my nails done like everyone due to Covid-19 I was more than ready and willing to give any place a chance. But after my horrible experience here I can honestly say I was more satisfied with the state of my nails BEFORE getting them done here. Upon coming into the salon my temperature was checked to make sure I didn’t have a fever, which was appreciated. However 5 minutes after I walked in, someone with a 100+ degree fever was allowed into the salon and proceeded to get their nails done while sitting next to and walking by others. The staff was rude and severely unprofessional to say the least, especially for a business that has been shut down for months that should take customer service extra seriously at a time like this. I was rushed into picking my color, was told to hurry up multiple times when there was no other customers waiting, and had a member of staff refuse to show me what the physical dip color I wanted looked like, only to walk away and start working on someone else who had walked in way after me and completely drop me as a client. I came in with a beautiful nail shape and had them cut down to the nub after specifically asking to have the shape stay the same. My nails are crooked, bumpy, and my cuticles were not even touched. The tools used weren’t even cleaned. I was cut deeply on my thumb (and cuts from nail salons usually go away shortly), but I have been dripping blood for over an hour after getting home. My nails have no shape to them, are circular with overflowing polish on them, and they are grossly thick. From start to finish, my nails took less than 20 minutes with no customers after me as justification for the rush. I have never had my nails get done this quickly and badly. I was so appalled by the manicure that I didn’t even consider to see what a pedicure would be like even though I am desperate for one. With all nail salons being booked solid, I now know why this one had an opening and asked me to come in personally. It is worth it to wait however long for a decent experience than to settle here. I’m not one to write reviews and judge small businesses harshly, but this experience was truly disappointing. I will never consider this place again, especially since it put their own business above protecting other customers’ health and wellbeing by letting someone in with a fever.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get your nails done here unless you’re content with dirty, unprofessional, unsanitary, and awful looking nails. I went here recently and my technician rushed on my second hand when she realized that my daughter finished first. We saw that she took more effort on the first hand. We have to go to a different salon to fix their mistakes. Also, they never asked me if I wanted gel on my nails, instead they just did it anyways. I wouldn’t recommend coming here!

Have some good manicurists and some who rush through the process. Gels don’t last very long with the “rushers “
