The tech wouldn’t do as asked.He pushed my hands away and offered redo. I remained calm and said no thanks bc I was telling him the whole time I wasn’t satisfied. He became a little angry. To keep from causing a scene I paid and left.Im not hard to please and I definitely don’t thrive off drama or making life hard for people. I’m absolutely disappointed in the service I was given today. I wasted my time and money. I will never go there again. Talking to the manager and she came off smart mouthing. I’m just over this nail salon.Totally apalled and very mad bc they won’t listen to the patrons. The place was nice. Was told there would be a 15 minute wait for a full-set. Ended up waiting an hour before anyone acknowledged us. My nails look nice, but I’ve definitely received better customer service, and better looking nails at other places. It’s ok if you’re in a hurry, if you have the time though, go somewhere else. You’ll be better off. And they’re too pricey for the quality. $35 for a full set. I will be spending my money elsewhere next time.
