Kaotic Disaster
For my daughters 16th birthday we went to nail expo today and well after 112$ we at least got to bond over the fact that we were both too nice and didnt want to ruin our day together to say anything about how horrid they turned out. Not to mention that it felt that they were rude in a few ways but mainly, they sat us across the room from each other being the only customers and knowing we were mother and daughter doing this for her birthday… oh and it felt like they were racing one another to get done.. we decided that from now on my husband could do better for less than half the price in our future getting our nails done. Thanks but should have never cost us this much….

I went there on a Thursday to get a pedicure with the Gel polish and by the next morning 3 of my nails had already fallen off. I went back on Tuesday and she made excuses as to why they had fallen off and she redid the ones that had came off. They look like a toddler painted them and that night the ones she didn’t do started coming off. Terrible place would not recommend

The lady was really helpful with my infant son, he’d woken up but other than that not much to brag about. I had nails done on a Thursday, by Monday they were trying to come up. I went back, that Tuesday the lady fixed then, so I thought.. by Friday I noticed several nails coming up. Will not be back.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityAbsolutely the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. No base coat was used on my toenails. This causes your nails to yellow. The man who did my manicure didn’t soak my gel polish off. He used the dremel tool to grind it off. He didn’t soak my hands in water to do my cuticles. I guess that’s because he had no intentions of doing my cuticles?! My nails are still rough around the edges. He rushed through polishing my nails. They didn’t have the non-gel color to match the gel color. (I usually get gel on my fingernails and matching regular on my toenails.) Not sanitary. No hand or foot massage. I have used them a lot. And up until the last time I didn’t have any problems. The last time I had my nails done it was an awful job. I just played it off as we had came in close to closing time. However I went in last Wednesday at around 1:00. I chose a design that had stones on each nail. They never said anything about price. When I paid out it was $50. When paying out she said something about the stones not staying on & sure enough by that night over half had came off & the nails started coming up. I haven’t even had them a week & they look like they are 2 weeks or longer. I have gotten these same nails at another place cheaper & the stones stayed on! I am very disappointed in the price & the quality of the work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
