The nail tech was not good! I told her what I wanted and she started doing what she wanted to do instead I stopped her numerous times to tell her that she was going about it the wrong way but she insisted that she knew what I wanted and it would be better but it wasn’t. Critical: Quality, ValueI came in needing a fill in with color acrylic. I asked for my nails to be light pink and she put light pink acrylic only in the space needed for a fill in. Now you can clearly see where I needed a fill in due to her not coloring the whole nail. HORRIBLE SERVICE and I would not recommend anyone.

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for 6 years on and off. I decided two days ago to try gel polish. A few hours later the polish on all of my nails, except for two, had risen. I went in yesterday to get my polish fixed and the woman who did my nails told me it was my fault, but she fixed them for free. This morning the polish on one of my thumb nails is lifted. I called and she told me she will not fix it, and said it is my fault. How could i possible lift my own gel polish if you have to drill it off?

I used to frequent this shop until I knew better! The man never greets anyone and every time he did my pedicure he would not speak. If he need me to adjust my legs or feet he would literally grab at me. One time he slammed my ankles together. Another time he slammed my hand down flat and I got up and walked out, never to return again!

My nails were done a bit uneven, she cut me with cuticle scissors twice, and didn’t say anything to me the whole time I was there other than to tell me to go pick out my color. I only went there because they were open on a Sunday, but next time I will find somewhere else or wait.
