Usually a gel lasts me 10 days max, I am now close to 3 weeks. Critical: Quality, ValueI have been to this business twice and unfortunately, while the staff are friendly, the choice of TV programs and quality of service still give me concern. Who wants to watch animals kill baby animals while getting a manicure? Who enjoys bleeding during a manicure? I could barely tell the difference between the nail polish and my blood last time I was there and had to apply triple antibiotic cream when I got home. Lastly, not even a few days after getting my nails done, they tore. Not just near the tip of my nail where I could just clip off the torn part but further down my nail. I have been to this business twice and unfortunately, while the staff are friendly, the choice of TV programs and quality of service still give me concern. Who wants to watch animals kill baby animals while getting a manicure? Who enjoys bleeding during a manicure? To start off let me say that I personally do not use this establishment. But over the years I have bought gift certificates for people in my life that do use it. I’ve never heard any of them say that they’ve had a bad experience. In fact, it’s been just the opposite. The staff is very kind and they do follow the proper covid guidelines. I am told that they do really good work there. So if you’re in the market for this kind of service you should check the place out.

My first time visiting this establishment and I was scarred. I came in for only a mani/ polish, I brought my own polish. The manager/technician treated me very unfairly. She threatened me and then when I asked to switch technicians, she repeatedly kept coming over to me, taunting me. She was out of line and has VERY POOR customer service. The other technician that finished me up even apologized. She was disrespectful and rude. I will never be back!!! You just don’t treat any human the way she behaved. I was also told by the establishment next door that this isn’t the first time that they have heard similar complaints abouty this establishment.

If your looking for the latest trends. This is not the place. Special colors, color acrylic, shaped nails they just dont know how to do. It just took me almost 2 hours just to get my nails polished correctly. Idk the name of the man that serviced me. But for the future when dealing with certain colors. You have to lay many thin layers. Trying to put polish on thick to avoid doing multiple layers will leave the nails looking lumpy, and mis shaped. It starts to look like the nail polish is dripping off the nail and thats how it will dry as well… I also feel I was over charged ($60) for a polish change on my toes and nails with gel polish, especially for the low quality paint job received. This service shouldnt of been more than around $35.

I went to get my nails done here Thursday I’m a returning customer because my first experience here was great nails were neat and perfectly shaped too. When i left the shop Thursday I noticed my nails were shaped differently and not identical so i called to express my concerns and was told to come in at 2:30 (this was Friday, yesterday). I got there at 2:30 and was told i had to wait because the lady wasn’t ready to assist me yet. So i sat and waited for at least 30 minutes until i decided to leave. I called to see if i could make another arrangement to come in today and see if she could fix it and she became very argumentative telling me that i need to make time if i wanted her to fix my nails and that i was late coming in and how i need to show proof that she made a mistake. I went into the shop earlier today to show them the mistakes of how different all my nails look especially my middle finger on the right hand. The lady insisted on fixing my nails after i explained i didn’t want them fixed i just wanted to show them the mistake so that in the near future it wouldn’t happen again. The lady who serviced me walks over and tells her not to fix my nails because I cancelled my card and begins to argue with me and tells me because i didn’t get a full set that’s why my middle finger is shaped the way it is. Overall experience first impression is everything at first i suppose but after today’s ordeals i will not be back! All i wanted was
