Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wanted a full set and just my kids nails painted, I had to ask the lady to redo my youngest nails because for some reason the lady only painted half of her nail. My oldest weren’t perfect but better than my youngest. I didn’t even end up getting mine done after the lady that started to do mine spilled the entire bottle of acetone all in my purse ruining it and everything inside. The manager was very disrespectful and refused to make anything right since they had damaged my property. I wanted a full set and just my kids nails painted, I had to ask the lady to redo my youngest nails because for some reason the lady only painted half of her nail. My oldest weren’t perfect but better than my youngest. Went here with my sister and mother in law for a birthday pedicure, the girl that did mine dug into my big toes so bad with the cuticle clipper that I started bleeding, now I think my toe is infected and I’m going to have to go to the doctor to make sure it’s okay. I Came in for a simple pedicure and it’s gonna cost me a doctor bill. Very upset by this!

This was my go to Nail Salon, when I would be in the Grove City area. I have to give credit, over the years most of my visits were good. The fellow seemed upset with me that I only come from time to time. I explained I am busy, and I go to a few different places depending on what end of town that I am working or shopping. I feel he didn’t do what I asked, was rude, rushed, and I feel I was over charged. I still gave a good tip, but I have no intentions of ever returning. I work hard for money!!
