Tammy was rushing doing my fill in & the nail drill slipped out of her hand and cut a hole into my REAL nail! *Take not of the gash in my natural nail** They were very rude about it and stated “its nothing we can do about it” . I would NOT recommend this nail salon at all. They double book all the time which is why everyone is always rushing .

I called to ask how much was the price for a new acrylic set he said $35, I wanted a specific design (left picture) and because of it I assumed I was going to be charged some extra money due to the glitter and snowflake design (they usually charge $35 for a plain color). My surprise was big when he ended up charging me $62!! I really liked what he did on my nails but not sure if I’d go back because I think it was too expensive :/

Always happy with the results! Tammy, my nail tech, never disappoints! She’s taken the time to learn what I like & don’tlike. I’m a little picky.. I usually get dip or gel always some sort of designs. Sometimes I just let her do whatever she wants. I know I’ll be happy with the results.

In this place they do not respect appointment times, what matters to them is money, I made my appointment a day before and when I arrive, what they told me, come back in an hour, and he turned around like It doesn’t matter if you come back, I will definitely not return to that place and I do not recommend it. They are very rude to serve people.

10 days after I had my nails done my fingers still are not healed…… What happen you ask- the technician had me soaking in ALCOHOL not acetone to remove my acrylics! The alcohol burned LAYERS of my skin off. I still don’t have full feeling in my fighter tips.

This business is horrible.They would be considered your standard chop shop.Their tools are never clean or sterilized. They do not use clean bits or bands on people. Their bedside manners are absolutely HORRID. They are very rude and always rush through everything. You get an attitude from them if you need something fixed or tell them that you didn’t like something. They act stuck up and talk about people. They have told me to come back in x amount of time.When I came back they said to sit down and wait.So I waited 10-30 minutes.Then was told that they couldn’t do my nails! They have done this on multiple occasions not only to me but to other people. Don’t have someone walk/drive to your business, tell them to come back just to turn them away again! It’s truly unprofessional and wrong.
